From the initial drop off to my most recent pickup. The staff is warm and welcoming. They know my name. They know how I want my laundry done. And because of my work schedule they're extremely patient knowing that I might not be there when it is actually ready to be picked up. And that means the world. Because the world is constantly moving and they're willing to make the accommodations to make sure the customer is content. Great service great quality of service amazing people. Just an overall amazing experience. Thank you for taking care of my laundry needs so that I can look my best

I took a dining chair cover to Tide to have it cleaned. It was meant to be cleaned as it was made to Velcro to the chair. I was disappointed in the result. The material puckered and a couple seams ripped. I was a bit disappointed in the customer service as I felt I had to push for their seamstress to repair it. The cover is cleaner but I won't be using Tide again for the remaining chair covers. The store manager I spoke with is fairly new. I've taken many tough items to Tide in the past but need to search for a better cleaners for anything more than routine dry cleaning.

I brought in white madewell pants and they got black marks on them. They said I brought it in that way and I did not. To me it looked like the residue off of the hanger. They gave me a credit for them so that was nice but then I brought in a black sweater and they completely ruined it. I’m not sure how they stay open. They have destroyed three of my garments already.

Be careful what you drop off. Please !

Chris the owner and Matt the general manager need to manage this location better. Uniform brought in to be clean and looks like this when they are finished. And happens repeatedly with other clothes and customers. Nicole and Makala have always been nice to me. I will go back only to see them.

The store off of Falls of the Neuse is SPECTACULAR!!!!! Nicole and the team are incredibly responsive and have an amazing “can-do” attitude. Couldn’t wish for a better experience. I’m a fan.

Great people at this location. They all seem to care and literally bend over backwards to help. Very personable and helpful. their services are prompt and consistent. I love the 24hr drop off & auto pickup dispensing machine. WHAT A LIFESAVER when must fly out the next morning! Ill confess Im not the easiest person to deal with on occasion, yet they always are gracious, sincere, and truly want to do the best. Ive been in Raleigh for 40 yrs and used all the "top" local cleaners - but this location is the best. Highly recommend!
