Picked up pants and a shirt, both are wrinkled and have not been pressed. This was a terrible dry cleaning service. Unfortunately we did not look at them when we picked them up. Lesson learned.

My daughter got married in ocean isle beach in September. This is 4 hours from our home. i knew I would need a dry cleaner to press the bridal gown. Our venue suggested Shallotte Cleaners. I'm so glad I listened. I brought the bridal gown, the groom's and father of the bride's suit to be pressed. I brought them in on Tuesday for a Friday wedding. He said they would be ready by 2:00 on Thursday. I was nervous for the completion. I received a call at 1:50 on Thursday to let me know that everything was ready. Shallotte cleaners did a great job and on time! They were very helpful and personable. I would strongly suggest using them for your special occasions,

Requested to get my comforter earlier than usual as we were going out of town for a while and the staff was so accommodating! I brought it in on Monday and was told it would be ready on Friday by 5:00. I got a text Tuesday afternoon that it was ready! Thank you so much for your consideration of my needs! I highly recommend this place….staff was very pleasant and professional.

They all were very friendly and I had the best experience. I could actually tell they cared about my clothes and wanted them to look just as good as I do. Thank you so much to the whole staff!

I spilled cappuccino all over my white sofa covers and thought I ruined it. I tried washing areas with water but it is a dry clean only fabric. I did have to sign a waiver that I may have shrunk the fabric but they would try to clean it. They did and it is perfectly clean. I am very impressed with the speed, price, and professionalism of this cleaners and will make it back soon.

This is the second suit jacket of mine these folks have ruined, so I won’t be back. The first time, I left a review and they called and begged me to delete it. I will do no such thing this time. First time around, they tried to explain that it was the quality of my suit jacket, and it just couldn’t withstand the cleaning process. The one they just ruined wasn’t “cheap” at all. I won’t be back. Ever. And if you have expensive clothing that you don’t want ruined, I suggest you find another cleaner too. When they ruin your clothes, they have the gall to tell you it’s your fault and your clothes are too cheap for their cleaning process. These folks need to learn a thing about “accountability”. There’s no excuse for a dry cleaner who ruins TWO suit jackets. No third chances.

Had my clothes dry cleaned and pressed. They had it done a day earlier which was nice. Friendly people. I haven't had anything cleaned in several years so I don't know what the average price is anymore but it gone up a lot since the last time. But I will definitely be a returning customer.

Allen, the owner of Shallotte Cleaners was friendly and professional throughout our entire interaction. He eased my concerns of shipping my wedding dress from another state to his business. He was prompt with responding and my dress looked exactly as I expected it to on my wedding day. His pricing is very reasonable too! I highly recommend using Shallote Cleaners
