Extremely hard-working individuals who do an excellent job each and every time… they are wonderful and reliable and very polite. If people desire items washed separately, they can tell that ahead of time & it will be done and those Who bring in their wash to be done by the staff need to check the pockets of their own clothes before they do so.( It is also the customer’s responsibility to check their own pockets and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to let the staff know that they desire items to be washed separately.)

The laundry mat was very similar to most I’ve been to, which isn’t really a lot.

The manager was super sweet and helpful.

The reason I gave it a three star rating was because I’ve been approached for money two times from homeless people and I’ve only been here 10 minutes. One was right outside the mat and one came into the mat asking the patrons for money. This is not similar to most I’ve been to, which again isn’t many.

I came because this laundry mat has great reviews.

I’m not from Winston so I was relying on reviews to help lead me to the best and safest laundry mat.

Machines ranged in variety of sizes.

The 40 pound machine was $4.75 per wash. Dryer was.25 to start.

Other than the homeless population thinking a laundry mat was the place to get rich quick it was quiet.

It was an okay experience, we had people coming in from across the street asking for money. There’s no AC they only have a couple fans. The clothes wash super fast (which I didn’t like bc I feel like they didn’t wash properly ) it took less than 15 mins to wash a load.

Feel like this is a hidden treasure away from the hustle and bustle of the other laundromats. Very clean, well stocked with snacks, drinks, soap, and a quarter service. The only place I will wash my clothes while my machine is broken:)

I have wash my clothes their twice and I must say it is clean professional and the staff is nice and friendly. If only they sold hotdogs all the way and hamburgers and sodas they could metaphorically make a killing. Most people get hungry when washing their clothes, at least I do ill be going their to do my laundry in the am. Okay everyone remember to practice trying to be kind and compassionate to your fellow mankind. Peace.

Washing and drying was good, but there was a lady there that made it so awkward by staring at you non stop and made you feel pressured to hurry up, mind you it was an hour and a half before closing. And also the fact that I’ve been asked if I have money from homeless people more the 3 times of being there. But what bothered me the most of being there is the lady just staring you for like no reason.
