I needed a pair of pants back on Thursday and took them in Tuesday morning and she said she could do that. They texted me the next day Wednesday that they were all ready! Super service and very much appreciated the text. I have been in there before and they are always friendly and prompt. Great place.

I would not recommend that you take your expensive bags to have dry clean at this place. They ripped the leather on the bottom of my bag and said it came from normal wear and tear. I picked it up it didn’t even look like they cleaned the bag see pictures

Quail Dry Cleaning is a step above the rest! This is my 4th time getting dry cleaning and I think to myself, where have you been all my life. They are efficient, on time, the cleanest store, the prices are great and more importantly the lovely women that work there are such a pleasure to see! Friendly, kind, informative and helpful. Good customer service is rare these days and it makes all the difference.
