We contacted walter's air duct cleaners based on my daughter's suggestion, as she had previously availed their services and was extremely satisfied. Each phase of our interaction was smooth and professional. Lucas in the office was really helpful in scheduling our appointment. Jermaine and his colleague did an outstanding job cleaning our ducts and also shared some valuable information with us while at our San Martin home. This included a few before and after pictures of the ductwork. Later in the day, after wrapping up the work, more detailed and comprehensive photos were sent. We are absolutely delighted that we chose to get the duct cleaning done and that we selected this particular company for the task. So thankful!

Lucas from Walter's Air Duct Cleaners in San Martin showed up right on time, which I greatly appreciated. He took a moment to explain his planned approach for the air duct cleaning and predicted it would take roughly 2 hours, which indeed it did. After the job, Lucas then went into detail about the work he had performed and what might require attention in the future. He was incredibly informative and accommodating. Jermaine was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Scheduling with him was a breeze, he was professional, adaptable, and well-versed in the field of air duct cleaning. He didn't try to impose any extra services on me. Jermaine devoted adequate time to guarantee the job was carried out accurately. He's always welcome back at my San Martin residence, even though he didn't provide any suggestions for my fantasy football team. Regardless, he's still a first-rate individual. A big thank you to the excellent team at Walter's Air Duct Cleaners!
