They kept two of my shirts for four years and waited patiently for me to pick them up. The owner made several attempts to contact me over the years but couldn’t reach me. Today, I got a call from her, and to my surprise, she still had my shirts, which I had completely forgotten about.

What impressed me even more was that she charged me the old rate from 2021, showing that she genuinely values long-term customer relationships over quick profits. It’s rare to find local business owners who still care this much about their customers.

Called around multiple places & nobody could do a same day alteration, village cleaners not only took me same day but offered amazing additional services for my garment ! They don’t open on time and for a business this is not good. I was to pick my close up at 8am like we
Discussed. But I’m at the place and it is now 830 and no one‘s here and I need to go to work. So another words this dry cleaner is inconvenience me as in now I have no clothes to go to work. I will be reporting them to the government agency in the state of California because this is ridiculous!!! And you keep calling them and calling them of course, no one answers and no one still here!! Is this how you run a business? I do not anybody to come here at all because you’re not gonna get your things when you need them !!
