I was greeted in seconds by Isaak, who I got the pleasure of working with, when I walked in the door. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes and I sat with Isaak to help me figure out why I could not get into WiFi with my very old phone. Isaak thought it was the modem inside the phone that was the problem. He lead me through the whole process of upgrading my old phone. He was very articulate, very good at explaining what he was doing and answering any questions I had. He was very conscientious about the whole process and very knowledgeable about technology. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a very good and rewarding experience and satisfying that I actually left with a new phone. Isaak even took the time to talk to my brother who is the account holder of my phone. Thank you Isaak for all the time you spent with me to get me set up on only my second I-phone ever.

Max was great. I went in telling him I might be old man about some things and he was no problem. He did get a bit used car salesman at times. And his original quote was off by 25%. He's an asset Verison should encourage
