This place delivered my daughter’s bed to our brand new freshly painted house and brand new floors. The delivery men scratched up the floors and put many dings on our walls by the stairs although I made sure to tell them that the walls and floors were just done. They were so lazy and did not want to take the head board apart. Mind you we bought this bed because the sales lady told us that the headboard comes apart to make it easier to take up the stairs. I pointed out the damages and they took pictures before they left. I called the store MANY MANY TIMES and every time I call they say we’re waiting on a third party to have a verdict. Horrible service. It had been 10 months now and I have called them about 4 times and no resolution was provided or accommodation for all the damages.

I had the best experience right from walking through the door and meeting Callie who assisted me with my order. Ended up adding to my order a week later and everything but my coffee table was delivered today 10/8, which originally delivery was set for 10/15, so bonus early!! I absolutely love all my selections and colors. Just found out this afternoon my coffee table will be delivered this Friday 10/11, which will pull it all together!! 🎉

I worked with Eric who is the most pleasant and down to earth person I have ever met in a furniture store. He made my visit all worth while. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. He kept a smile on my face. In fact the whole staff was great. I had to bring my husband back to meet everyone where you complete your purchase and sign paperwork. I called everyone when I got home and told them if your looking for furniture go to Value City.

Scott Laufman is an absolute asset to your company he is very knowledgeable in what he is selling and a very personable man on top of it. I wouldn’t hesitate to send all my friends and family his way. Absolutely the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with in a very long time, His professionalism and manners are on spot!! Thank you Scott for all your help with the purchase of our mattress.

Went to just look around. Scott was told to come greet us. Told him we were looking around. He left us. Half way around the store Scott came back. We preemptively told him we were still just looking around . He got an attitude with us about not wanting to talk with him.so unsat!

Some discoloration on the corner arm. I'm assuming it happened in the wrap. But over all I'm completely satisfied.

Don't buy the warranty coverage. Salesperson talked me into it and the company covering warranties is horrible. First fight through an AI operator then get a virtual operator from outside the country all for them to send you a confusing online link that doesn't make any sense set up for you to get frustrated, finish early just so they can deny you. Then they say you "cannot resubmit" My couch is only a year old, was told it would protect it against stains, my pets, everything. Well it might if you could actually and easily submit a claim.

Went in here looking for a recliner and we were pleasantly delighted with the options they had. We will be back here for more furniture. It is in the old Art Van store so it has that feel. We were greeted and helped promptly. The outside looked a little in need of maintenance but didn't diminish the inside at all. Everyone seemed cheery and happy in there unlike the last furniture store that was in there. You'd like the selection. Try here first if your in need. We will be back here in the future. Oh and check out the picture of the awesome led like lamp
