I have never had such a smooth, prompt and quality service for years.......I love my sofa- bed, high quality and extreme confort. The price was great and the service outstanding. I ordered online on a Sunday I received the sofa the following Saturday with excellent and efficient installation. Mason was prompt at communicating any questions I had. Roberto - the delivery man- was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

Despite issues with the manufacturer, the experience working with Trade Source Furniture was outstanding, and their customer service was superb. Mason was on top of the order for my coffee table keeping me updated and escalating and putting pressure when needed. When my item continued to be delayed, Mason offered a generous concession, more than I expected, to make up for the inconvenience and frustration (it did!). Like most, I am more than frustrated with the lack of customer service that companies provide these days but that wasn't the case here. I will definitely purchase from them again and refer my friends and family, as well. The table is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the wait. Thank you!

NOT THE RIGHT COLOR
The chairs in the picture shows a dark color for the legs, the one we received, are much lighter, like honey.
We are a design firm in Florida. Our client is very upset about the color. They dont want the chairs.
No solution has been given from Tradesource.
