Very, very impressed with this business! I was in the market to get my new car tinted and looked up a few companies to compare quotes from Google . I called a few and they were helpful but when I called up Rays Tint, the customer service over the phone was very professional and informative. I genuinely felt I could trust their services, so I set up a appointment and my car now looks great! They did a amazing job! Ray and staff explained the details and process before application, helped me decide the best tint for my ride and got my car completed in no time! Very cool place, cool people, cool energy and good environment! Also forgot to mention they have a very nice waiting lounge area! Thanks Ray’s Window Tinting, I definitely will be continuing my service here!

Unprofessional in every aspect. My mother arrived for an 11am appointment and they did not have it on the system. No one was there. Waited for 15mins for someone to arrive. I advised her to leave but she insisted on waiting bc needed her inspection completed.
Price changed from original quote. Original quote did not specify for 2 windows If this is accurate, why not follow up with the client by calling to verify how many windows were being serviced? Anyhow, glad she had this experience so I know to never patronize here and will never refer this location. There are plenty of other businesses who value a customer’s time and are consistent/thorough with estimations.

Things started off great! Met with Ray personally last week to discuss tinting my car windows, he explained his services and we set an appointment for this morning at 11am. Showed up at 11 today and the gates were locked up. I waited 15 minutes and called a few times before he picked up the phone to find he forgot about our appointment, he sounded like he was just waking up. He asked if we could reschedule, I told him I would find another place. There are plenty of places to get your windows tinted, and the customer's time is just as valuable as yours. Be cautious setting appointments with Ray!

Update: The owner has responded with a well crafted narrative, all i can do is shake my head. There was no mention of this company policy at the time of setting our appointment, if he wants to double down with imaginary policy to protect his google review rating instead of making things right with the customer that is his business. The fact remains, Ray has lost a potential customer and income due to his negligence. I would suggest an appointment book so you can keep track of your commitments? Most small business owners i know keep one and never blame the customer for their forgetfulness. Glad to go elsewhere, providing your services can never be deemed a favor to the customer who can always recieve quality service elsewhere. Let this be a lesson! Thanks!

Mr. Ray was very friendly and respectful. If anyone is looking for good quality and fast work, I definitely recommend going here. My film lifted up due to my car panel and Mr. Ray was willing to stay late to accommodate my work schedule to apply the new film on my window. Best service in town!
