Descuidado, los baños no hacen flush,está el salón descuidado y cuando tienes que pedir ayuda te dicen que van y nunca llegan, no calente mi comida por que nunca llegaron… piensen bien en elegir su lugar para un día importante para ustedes

A week before my event I was told they booked the event with someone else. Was told they would honor my date. Went to pay additional towards deposit then the next day get the call they need to change my date. I have family flying in from another state on my event weekend and they made it seem like it was easy for me to tell them to come later. Now I'm left a week before my event trying to find another location. Stay away...

Do yourself a favor and do not bother. The persons in charge are going through stuff.

I have been to events here and thought it was nice. We booked a party and were very unhappy with the service.
The person in charge and the helper had time to participate in our photo booth but no time for the needs before and during the event.
No time for paper towels in the bathroom or soap. No time to unclogging a toilet. No time to fix a the light in the men's room.
No time to open the wine, pass them out ( we did it)
No time to pass out the appetizers (we did that too).
They were uninterested in giving good service.
They only had excuses.

BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. We had a huge party for my little sister. Went great. The AC had trouble working so that was unfortunate. But what was worse was the aftermath. Once the party ended and everyone went home. We began to clean up and bring some stuff that WE HAD PURCHASED home. The owner then told us it will be okay to leave some stuff behind and grab it in the morning. It was very late in the night after all. We trusted her word. Come to find out she let some of her employees steal our food and drinks. As well as damaging props that we had made. Question her about it, she just pointed fingers to someone else. But we know it was her. I don’t recommend this dishonest place.
