I had a bad experience with an attendant named Leslie. I reported an issue with a washer that wasn’t working properly and left my sheets half wet/half dry. You could visible see and feel spots that were completely dry. Both my mother and I inspected the sheets to confirm. She came over to inspect and pretty much gaslighted me and told me they were completely wet and sometimes the washers spin so good they dry the items. I’ve been coming here for two years and have never experienced this issue any other time. I asked her for a resolution and , at the time, she had none. What I find concerning is the disrespectful manner in which she spoke to me. I asked her to stop speaking to me the way she was speaking to me and I told her she was being rude. Her response was to say “Oh but it wouldn’t be rude if I paid for your clothes to get washed again” in a very condescending tone. I asked her for the contact information for her boss so that I could speak to them. She refused to give me a name or number. I finally got so fed up with the way she spoke to me that I eventually gave her the same energy that I received. I don’t typically disrespect people that work in the service industry. But Leslie was incredibly rude and very combative. Only after I said I’d complain to her boss…because I WILL find out who her boss is, did she attempt to resolve the issue in a positive manner. By then, the damage had already been done and I refused.

Clean and well kept location. A variety of different size machines. I came to wash a large comforter, was in and out. Asked a couple questions and the employee was helpful and friendly. Employee is active walking around cleaning and making sure all is running smooth. I will go back when needed.

Clean as can be. Dryers and washing machines work wonders. Not even upset that the drying wasn’t free. The Latina Lady behind the counter great help. Even Gabe my disabled self a chair to sit in so I could fold my clothes. Will definitely return

I used to absolutely love this laundromat. If you washed your laundry there, you could use the dryers for free. However, recently they had brand new dryers installes so now they make you pay to use them. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This place is great, it's kept very clean. Prices for washers vary upon size. This is my go to laundry mat.

Got charged 10.00 for every washer I used . Was told I’d be reimbursed for the difference in 48hrs. The owner lied to the staff which lied to us . The entire transaction is complete so there was never going to be an amount being out back on my card , this happened to everyone who was there . The washers had extremely long dog hair . Had to clean it out myself . Dryers smelled like hot dirty clothes . Just overall a horrible experience. Will be demanding my refund . Because this is absurd. Not how a business should be ran .
