I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Aimee at the Center for introducing me to red light therapy through bedrock science. The advantages of this treatment—improved circulation and pain relief—are incredible, especially for conditions like neuropathy, arthritis, tendinitis, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, cartilage wear, wrist pain, and bursitis.

For context, I have been struggling with shingles for the past three weeks and the associated neuropathy pain has been unbearable. Doctors prescribed me hydrocodone and even wanted to start me on gabapentin, but as a strong believer in holistic medicine, I wanted a better solution. That’s when Dr. Aimee convinced me to try the red light therapy pad offered at the Center.

I can honestly say that after just one use, I experienced immediate relief within seconds. I’ve now been using the pad daily for two weeks, and while the pain has not completely gone away, it has subsided significantly. More importantly, I can actually feel the regenerative properties working each time I use it.
