Dropped off to sweaters. They did a fabulous job. But the best part was I couldn’t get there to pick them up due to surgery. I called to ask if they could deliver. Unfortunately, my house was not on their route. The next day they delivered my sweaters and did an outstanding job. Customer service is a big win for me!

We don't go to the 5 Points location very often, but we are recognized and warmly welcomed when we come in. The staff is efficient and caring. So far no complaints about the cleaning of our clothes, which is of course why we're there!

Phenomenal! After several bad experiences with a different nearby cleaners I'd been using for years, I read some of the reviews for Swanson's and gave into giving them a shot at my business. I took 8 sleeveless sheath dresses for work ($171 cost) in and introduced myself to Olga.

Meeting Olga is an experience of its own. Unlike my previous cleaners, she is definitely Customer Service forward. She stopped and took the time to listen to my concerns with each individual garment, asked questions, and performed like her success depends on my business. She's attentive, kind, and polite. The phone rang a few times, and rather than answering the calls and servicing the needs of the caller, she finished what she was doing with the person standing in front of her first, me! I loved that. It drives me crazy when I'm standing in front of an individual, and they take a call, which to me is essentially helping the person in line behind me.

She offered the delivery of my items, explained how the drive-thru pick up works if desired, and educated me on the email I'd receive when my clothes were ready. A day ahead of schedule, I received the email, went to pick up my items, and was extremely pleased with the results.

I'd discovered a glittery effect around the bottom of the arm holes on all these dresses and was puzzled. She explained it was the aluminum oxide in my deodorant. SMH!! My mother warned me about that stuff for years for health reasons, but I never thought it would affect my designer clothing. Swansons was able to get every last spec out and did a fantastic job.
