I always have a great experience here. I’ve taken (07) rugs here and large ones at that. The turn around was quick and professionalism was all I noticed here upon arrival. If you’re local I’d recommend getting your rugs cleaned right and quick here. The prices are reasonable and I knew I was in great hands.

I would never consider using anyone other than Shane to clean my rugs. They pick up & deliver and give a good price. The job they do is superb. I had them clean a monster rug that I bought at Auction, they picked it up at the Auction house, cleaned it and bought it to my home.

I accidentally sent $315 via Zelle to the owner, Shane, for a service he did not provide. When I contacted him to resolve the mistake, he was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to refund the money. Unfortunately, I am now pursuing legal action to recover the amount. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed. By the way, he hung the phone up in my face. I would NOT recommend this business based on my experience. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

UPDATE: As you can see based off his response, he is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He provides no proof of the refund payment; therefore, what he's saying makes zero sense without PROOF!!! Look at how he responds to people who have left BAD reviews. Shane is aggressive and does not know how to handle his emotions. GIVE "THIS WOMAN" HER MONEY BACK!!

ALSO, any person in their right mind knows that Zelle payments CANNOT be reversed. As the business owner, you should do the RIGHT THING by sending the payment back to me via Zelle. Do your research before you start LYING!!!!

Thank you so much! The service was truly superior. You picked up eleven rugs of various sizes from 3x5 to 11x15 to various types (cowhide, wool, shag, kilim). You brought them back within a week with no damage and all were clean. They were put back in their original spot and we’re very happy.
