I routinely use Staples for all kinds of products, prices are very reasonable, lots of choices and shipping is fast. I have even had them deliver office furniture , it was well packed and they brought it to the door and offered to set it up, instead of just leaving it on the doorstep. It was

Yesterday, I received probably the worst customer service that I have ever received from your employee, Jim. This person definitely does not want to be working at STAPLES or probably anywhere else for that matter. It involved a printer ink cartridge 936 that I called and asked if it would be put on hold for me. I won't go into the whole incident, but Jim was not only unhelpful, he was rude and could not have cared less. His cashier number is 2060075... He really should not be working in a customer service environment.

I went in to have some wine labels printed last week, it was on Thursday around 12pm. Prior to going in, I called first and spoke with a gentleman to ask if that was something they’d be able to help with and get printed for me— which, yes, they were able to do. On the day I went in, the girl working that day and time was very helpful and patient. I wish that I got her name! We successfully got the labels printed with just a couple of edits on my end before the final print.

Fast forward to today, based on my experience just last week I thought I would be able to get another page of labels printed no problem. However, the female that was there (around 12:30pm) right off the bat just had the worst customer service; her tone and demeanor was already crappy. She told me that I could use the self printer to do what I needed to do, without any guidance. First of all, label printing is a specialty thing, in my opinion. Hence, the reason customers go to somewhere like Staples to get special things printed. I was kind of caught off guard so I mentioned that I came in just last week and the person working was able to help me no problem. I won’t get into the other details after that but I did try to use the printer and do what I needed to myself.
I just feel like overall this employee hated her life and didn’t wanna do her job. All I needed was one sheet printed which had 4 labels on it. And all that I would’ve needed to do was forward the label I created to their email, give them my sheet, and they print it. It’s so quick. It would not have taken away from the other projects.
