After the recent hurricane, my home went without power for a month while I was out of town. With no air circulation during that time and the humid conditions, my microfiber living room furniture developed surface mold. When I returned and the power was restored, I was unsure how to handle the situation.

I spoke with a good friend of mine who runs a restoration company in Wichita, Kansas, and he strongly recommended contacting Stanley Steemer. I followed his advice, and scheduled an appointment.

When Nick, the technician, arrived, he promptly got to work. He was very professional, efficient, and thorough in explaining the entire process. Anytime I had a question, he had a clear and informative answer. Once the service was complete, he explained the drying process, what to expect moving forward, and even gave me a bottle of Stanley Steemer’s professional spot remover, complete with instructions on how to use it.

The overall experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Nick’s professionalism and the quality of service reflect the reputation of a company like Stanley Steemer, which has been around for quite some time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning or restoration services.

In and out super fast, I don’t know how they could have possibly cleaned the carpets well. I had to go over them myself with another one I borrowed and the carpets were still dirty. They also did not get the sitting water on my baseboards so we currently have damage in one room on those.

The areas that were cleaned look good! I was a little disappointed that small pieces of furniture (a trunk, basket, fan, mini Christmas tree) weren’t moved for cleaning. I tried to get most of the stuff out of the way in advance, but did think that was included in the service. The technician was professional, punctual, and fast, so that’s my only complaint.

I have had my couch and love seat steam cleaned twice before with another company. Today I tried Stanley Steamer only To be very disappointed. I was not able to be there to let them in so my neighbor did. When I got home I was so disappointed at the results.

Was not happy with the results at all, the guys were very nice and professional but the pictures don’t lie they just didn’t get the carpet clean. I had to go by a carpet cleaner and do it my self. I also added rug to the cleaning and it doesn’t even looked like it was touched I will work on the rug next weekend and add pictures.

The technician, Frank, did a great job. He was friendly and courteous upon arrival. He was very thorough and efficient cleaning all 3 rooms. It was best experience, cleaning wise, I've had using Stanley these last couple years. Not sure they take requests but would definitely like for him to be technician that comes out every time to clean carpet.
