The absolute worst purchase I have ever made. And customer service is a JOKE and so rude and unprofessional. Purchased this bed in 2021. Had to replace the motor in 2023. Just replaced the motor again less than a year later which didn’t fix the issue and have been trying for MONTHS to get it fixed to no avail. I was just talking to customer service agent Tae and she told me to not do anything and KEEP THE BED AS IS AKA BROKEN… for real? Don’t buy unless you want a broken bed with no customer support after purchase.

Took daughter to check them out since we bought one in 2013. She loved the adjustable one with foot warmer. The store is beautiful and much brighter than the Seaside store. Salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He sold me a warming cover for my bed, too!

I purchased two mattresses for approximately $6,000. Three years later one of the air chambers leaks air and won’t stay inflated. Even though you have a 15 year warranty Sleepnumber will not fully cover the repairs. The repairs will cost over $400 each time you need repairs during the warranty period and even more after the warranty expires. This is a horrible investment. Save your money and buy a normal mattress!

Good news, they have both beds and sales people to help you. Bad news, none of them are cheap. The Twin I liked was 50% off and the price was $3999. I asked if the full retail price was $8000 and they said yes. 😫

Went with my wife to the store on Saturday 25th after my wife contacted them for an inquiry a week earlier. Tim welcomed us at the door and immediately remembered our names.
