I recently had a break-in at my house and Nima A. and Nathan R. came same day to board up the broken sliding glass window. They were professional, courteous, and communicated what time they were arriving and how they were going to board up the window without drilling into the frame. They even helped me search my property to see if the burglars were still there! They went above and beyond, thank you so much!! 5 stars!!

Wonderful team to work with!

I cannot speak highly enough of Matt and his team. We unfortunately had some water damage in our kitchen happening for probably months (leak gradually got worse, eventually affecting our downstairs neighbor) as first time property owners we had so many questions, were clueless on what to expect and typical timelines to get all the damaged assessed, demo and fixed.
From day one when we met Matt, he was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and also gave us tips on what to expect/ask once their part of the project was done. Set the date and time for his team to begin the demolition and clean up.
His team arrived right on time, we met Jonathan and assessed what needed to be done, then broke down what they were going to be doing, and estimated to finish their job by the end of day!
The entire team, even the admin agents helping with the scheduling and payments, were polite, efficient, and professional.
I case we are in a similar situation again, we will definitely be calling Servpro of Tarzana/Reseda!!!

Our garage burned down. There was a huge mess. Marisol Rodriguez and her crew came to clean out the debris and power wash the driveway and the remains of the garage. Then they boarded up the garage. Marisol and her team did a wonderful job. They cleaned everything up after they finished. Marisol was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.
