I had the misfortune of having my residence catch on fire in late November, at which point the landlord assigned Servpro for all the clean up and restoration duties, First and foremost I want to thank Raffi for all the help as well as his team of professionals that made this one of the smoothest ordeals to go through, he went above and beyond by even providing the outmost support and flexibility by offering and providing temporary storage at no cost for the remaining belongings that weren’t fried to a crisp lol, so very thankful for making this awful situation a breeze to deal with. I would ABSOOLUTELY! recommend their service to anyone in need of fire restoration and great customer service! 🤌🤝👍

We had the very unfortunate experience of a drunk driver driving his truck through three rooms of our home. He drove through multiple walls and a bathroom, leading to total destruction of our home (picture attached). The first company that was supposed to help us just literally threw our surviving items into boxes, causing many of them to break, and also stole our checkbook, writing themselves some nice checks that we had to deal with on top of everything else.

Enter Raffi and his Servpro team. They helped us with the items that survived the accident and the former company’s poor treatment. They were very quick to respond and such a pleasure to work with in the midst of this difficult situation. They treated us as human beings and our belongings with care. They carefully boxed and wrapped stuff and catalogued it (including links with pictures for each individual item!!). We went through and determined what to keep, but when going through the items to destroy what we could not keep due to asbestos exposure, Raffi noticed some priceless family pictures and recipes, which we had missed in our overwhelm from the situation. He had already been paid and could have ignored them, but saved them for me and called me to get them to me. I literally cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Raffi and his team!!

Highly recommend. Top notch customer service! The neighboring commercial buildings electric panel caught on fire and the chemical gas/odor of burning conduit and wires was pushed into our medical building this past Friday. It was a disaster, we had to send staff home and cancel patients with threat of CO poisoning. DWP suggested professional air purifiers. I was referred to Servpro… Raffi hopped on the call, we discussed the situation and he actually arrived at the clinic to assess within 20min! He and his staff deployed the units as shown in the posted photo for an incredibly fair price that very afternoon. He checked up on the status of the odor issue over the weekend and allowed us to keep the purifiers an extra day at no cost! I honestly haven’t experienced this level of attention, generosity and customer service from any vendor in years!

I had a backroom that was being used for storage, filled to the ceiling with furniture and boxes. It had been closed up for at least 10 years, and because of window and door leaks, moisture, humidity, and no ventilation in the room, mold developed over the years. Black mold too. All over the curtains and glass windows in the room, eating them alive!

I searched online and quickly found that most mold stories ended with Servpro being the company people used and were satisfied with. Okay, now I just had to find the right Servpro. There were many that serviced my area, but which one was the question.

That answer came quickly as well. I read absolutely terrific reviews about Raffi at his Servpros which were a little out of my area. But because of his glowing reviews, I wanted to meet him and get his thoughts on remediation for my moldy room and items.

Raffi came out at no charge and was extremely knowledgeable about everything mold. His knowledge was extensive. And you couldn't meet a nicer guy. His patience was also admirable as he educated me on what was going on, and the options for treatment. It was exactly the information I was looking for.

After that meeting, it was several months before I could get back in touch with Raffi. Sometimes, life gets in the way of the best-laid plans. But Raffi remembered me and the property. I told him I was ready to go, and we discussed the best solution based on my plans for the property. I think that was on a Friday, and on Monday, his guys came over in the morning ready to go. Wow! They were absolutely great. Especially John! Extremely nice, educated and competent. I could not ask for a better crew. Seriously.

We took it step by step, and it was perfect. I kept "tweaking" the scope of work, changing the plan a little here, a little there, and Raffi was with me every step of the way, patient and accommodating through it all. I cannot say enough about Raffi, his associate John, Big John, and the other team menbers.

The charges for the work were very reasonable, and greatly appreciated. The experience was exactly what I was looking for. And I've got a clean back room and my garage is in great shape now. I can not give a higher recommendation. Thanks a million Raffi!

I can't recommend ServPRO of HH/LF enough. They are hands-down the best people to work with when the s*** hits the fan. Our house was flooded by a freak waterline break in the summer of 2023 and we found ourselves plunged into the worlds of "how did this happen", "how are we going to get through this" and "where are we going to live?" They expertly (and patiently) guided us through everything. Despite our insurance company making it very very difficult, ServPRO delivered all of the repairs on time. They're SUPER professional, all over every step/nuance of a very complicated process and very very thorough. Dare I say they made what was a nightmare situation a somewhat pleasurable process. While I'm glad to be back in my house, I actually miss having them here every day.

I simply cannot recommend Servpro Hollywood Hills enough. I have never written a review for anything, ever. But I am writing one for them because they made what could have been a terrible ordeal, an experience that was manageable, ahead of schedule, and done incredibly well. Raffi and his team were empathetic at every turn, helpful, honest, straight-froward, and available at all times for questions and concerns. We are expecting a baby in weeks and they raced to make sure everything would be finished in time before the baby. Not only did they hit the mark, but they did it early. From moving all my furniture out with care, to demo'ing my house and cleaning all the mold, to returning it EXACTLY as it was with an incredible construction team, I really couldn't have asked for better service. It's hard to find people for your home that you can rely on and trust and Raffi, John, and Joanne run a tight ship that did not disappoint. I will be referring them to everyone I know from here on out. Thanks to all of them.
