5 Stars lives up to their name! They sent two fast and efficient cleaners to get me together and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Scheduling is also simple and quick. Everyone I've interacted with has been a pleasure. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

I personally would never book this company again. Their prices are actually way more expensive than what I was thinking, but they are truly unprofessional. The cleaners that came were super sweet, but I was reassured that I would be paying for a whole house cleaning, Then the cleaner told me that I would need to add more time because they did not have enough time to clean the kitchen. My main priority was that the kitchen be clean, I also do not keep my house super untidy, so this was the surprise to me. I was super polite and later told them that the kitchen was not up to my liking, then I told them that it was fine and I will just pre-book my next cleaning for a month later. From the very start of booking an appointment, I made sure to specify that I was not available to have cleaners come Monday and Friday because I work from home, and instead, they decide to ring the doorbell on a Friday multiple times the next day, trying to clean the kitchen. I was very frustrated, it was unprofessional and uncalled. They did not give me a heads up that they are coming back to clean the kitchen and I also told them that it was OK that the kitchen was not fully cleaned. Also, it is very unprofessional that they do not answer their phone and will instead send you a text notification that they will call back. In the end, I decided not to book again with them even though the cleaners were super sweet. I would advise this company to work on their customer service, know that we are working professionals and are not always able to accommodate when you just pop up, they also booked my appointment twice and did admit that was a mistake on their end.

I'm so happy to have found 5 Star Cleaning. Jenny was amazing. Jenny was so knowledgeable, professional, and sociable. My corgi, Tulip, loved her, and Jenny was so great with Tulip. I look forward to having Jenny back next month. Everything is so clean. The house feels so refreshed.

I had such a great experience with 5 star! Service was prompt, professional, and friendly. Kellan was so easy to work with and she quickly understood my needs and scheduled the cleaning. The team did an excellent job cleaning my place, focusing on my priorities, and working around my pets. I felt safe and confident during their visit. They worked fast and hard and left my place looking and feeling great. Plus, it was a great value—I definitely got my money’s worth between the crew coming with their own supplies, the excellent work they did, and the huge mental load I got relief from when my house was cared for while I got my regular work day done. It was also so easy to pay and tip online, which was perfect because I never have cash on hand. I highly recommend new clients start with a deep cleaning to take care of all those forgotten and hard to reach areas. Your home will look and feel so much better.
