This is a family owned business and my wife and I do our best to support local. Both father and son have been instrumental in getting our roof replaced after a tropical storm wrecked things. It’s been a several months long battle and they stuck with us the entire way and fought to get everything covered. From the very first visit to evaluate our roof and gutter situation, Rumble Bee demonstrated professional guidance in helping us decide the best, economical route to complete the work. Their attention to detail and follow-up was great, and their roofing and gutter crews did an excellent/efficient job. Whatever you do, DO NOT use Rumble Bee Roofing. 4 years after getting a brand new roof we noticed substantial leaking into our attic and onto the drywall above our son’s bedroom. We texted & called them to help & they said it would be $3400 to repair it. We posted a negative review & they offered to fix it as they wanted our review to go away. We appreciate them agreeing to fix it at no cost but then their top roofer didn’t fix it properly (see video). The owner assured us the job was done right this time but we learned in conversations they did not put flashing on our roof & didn’t repair any with the new roof either. Two months after the attempted repair the leaking got worse so we contacted other contractors to assess & learned they just piled up sealant & added a screw (see video). Now we have to pay $6500 to repair it. Mike McNally is ignoring my calls as is his son. We selected them over another roofer & we regret it. No flashing. Just slapping down shingles. Ridiculous. Incompetent. Nice people but this is wrong.

Michael and Joe were on the premises the entire time and their crew did an excellent job replacing damaged wood and cleaning everything up.
