We used Rise and Shine to clean the rafters, skylights and exposed ducts in our live/work loft, which hadn't been dusted for 20+ years! Rise and shine was amazing! They showed up within the requested window, they were responsive, nice and had the reasonable prices in Sacramento! Everyone I spoke with on the phone was so polite and made sure that I understood all the details. They really care about their customers. We have Jose and Amber clean our office building and they do an outstanding job. One of our tenants had corporate coming in and they did an extra special job for them. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I can't imagine using any one else, or any other cleaning service. Gloria is the customer service rep and Yolanda takes care of the accounting and both are exceptional at their jobs. I also have to mention Pedro the manager, We had new suite added and had to adjust our current contract. Pedro came over and did the walk through and the estimate. He is very fair and his prices are extremely reasonable. I know he cares about his staff. He has reached out to me to see how things were going. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Rise and Shine and hiring them.
