Ray has an amazing store with a wide variety of parts and electronics. Walking into a Radio Shack was a blast from the past! Well worth a stop.

Owner is a jerk. Don’t bother calling.
I called a second entire different store and location ; which got routed to the same guy and store I called initially.

“ I spoke to you earlier , there’s only one radio shack.” In a rude town talking over me telling me to come down.

Buddy ; go to Google maps and search radio shack. Several locations pop up. You’re not the only radio shack in Michigan. Work on your customer service embarrassing

Use a Better tone and explain to your customers that you have 2 locations and one phone number. Now taking my money elsewhere

My boyfriend worked at this location, was never actually trained to do anything yet expected to already know how to do everything, the owner was extremely rude, making uncomfortable jokes and comments and having pornography on the work phone he has his employees use for everyday work, never a set schedule and would get mad at my boyfriend if he didn’t come on his days off or wouldn’t come in when he wasn’t informed at the beginning of the week. Ray store is dirty and he is unethical.

Great store for hobby electronics and home DIY repair! Staff was friendly and helpful, offering support and advice for a rather tough project. They had some tools and supplies that I couldn't find in-store anywhere else!

Thanks to their help, I was able to bring a dead drawing tablet back to life!

This was a huge let down. We drove over an hour to come here because we thought they closed all of the radio shacks. So I surprised my husband because I found this one by accident. As we walk in we weren't greeted by a hello. The associate was on her phone. My 6 year old had to use the potty after driving the hour. We noticed the back door was completely wide open and the one behind it said restrooms so we went in. After that it was all downhill. The associate was rude, crude, and vile. Watching our every move. When my husband had a question about a product she answered with oh I don't know I'm just an employee let me call my boss. Why have someone if they know absolutely nothing about the product. We found a solar powered car build kit and was looking to see if it had tires. She then rudely said my boss wouldn't want you opening that. We then answered absolutely not we were just trying to look through the wood pieces. When I say every step was watched I mean it. Terrible Terrible person!!

If there was an option to leave no stars and still review I would terrible person running the store dirty environment and sad excuse for a boss running the place common decency and respect is lost here
