Not a good company. Left my room a mess. Stripes of mud. Lied to me and said it was just wet. The room took days to dry. I had 3 floor fans and a ceiling fan on and the back door open. I want my $130 back.

I called PRIUS CARPET CLEANING the day before my six month old dog Maddy came home from training. Gary was really nice, helpful and patient. My phone kept dropping our calls. When I said I needed the cleaning that day Gary was incredibly helpful and had no difficulties fitting me in. Richard cleaned our carpets. He called earlier in the day to let me know who he was and touch bases. He called to see if I wanted an earlier time, and 30 min. before he was coming over. I really appreciated his communication skills. He came at the end of the day, had a smile on his face and even went the extra mile and helped move the furniture. My fiance and I have really bad backs. My fiance just had back surgery. We were really worried that either a lot of the carpet couldn't be cleaned or I would hurt myself lifting things around the house. Richard really didn't want us to hurt ourselves and did everything himself. PRIUS CARPET CLEANING really care about what they stand for and what they do. They take pride, time and care about their customers. Our carpets were horrible and haven't been changed in ten years. Richard got stains out I didn't think could possibly come out. I would definitely use them again and ask for Richard. He really spent a lot of time, effort, strength and care into cleaning our carpets. I give PRIUS CARPET CLEANING an A+ and definitely recommend Richard. Now our horribly black carpets are clean and look amazing our dog Maddy can come home. Thank You Billy!! Our sofa looks brand new and I couldn't be happier.
We had some young visitors and one drew on the back of our off-white microfiber sofa with black ball point pen. The idea of the ink coming out didn't look very promising. Our stain guard warranty that was added to the sofa when we purchased it had expired, but I called the place where we purchased the sofa anyway asking what we'd do or who we'd call if it were still under warranty. They said if we were still under warranty then PRIUS CARPET CLEANING Carpet & Upholstery is the local company who would do the work to get the stain out.

I called and made an appointment. The woman on the phone did say they can not guarantee pen ink will come out it's one of the harder stains to take out, especially on off white. We made the appointment. Billy came to the house, looked at the stain and told us the same thing. He said he'd do his best, but he doesn't know if it will come out or if we'll still be able to see it.
He worked his magic (and it was a hot day and we don't have air-conditioning. I don't know many people who would work that hard in the heat). We were so happily surprised when he was done. That stain is gone! Our sofa looks brand new! We're still doing a happy dance.

It's rare to see people taking their work seriously and having such attention to detail. We've gotten used to being disappointed by a lot of mediocre work and Billy is just awesome! He really does his best, as if it's his own home. We are so happy and so thrilled. Now I just need to see how to add a photo to this so you can see his work! PRIUS CARPET CLEANING 24/7

old saying "You get what you pay for" should be the benchmark for whatever it is you're spending money on. Never go with the lowest bidder and especially those Groupons... Your home is your investment and I promise you that the extra money spent will be worth it. Raymond showed up on time and quickly solved the many challenges involving my mom's third story condo. He under promised and over delivered! Specifically there were grease stains from the springs of a recliner chair that stained the carpet horribly. Not only did he get those black grease stains out but the whole carpet looks brand new! Thank you so much my mom will be so surprised when she sees it! Highly recommended and will only call them for future work. Spend the extra money and get it done right the first time!

One small room. Get an initial quote over the phone for $65. Their guy gets here and quotes me $165 because according to him the carpet needs special treatment. I have had carpets cleaned before many, many times. A good professional will do pre-spotting and get the small stains out (if he has pride in his work and wants to deliver a professional result). I refuse the charge, $165 for one room is outrageous, they were just normal stains, not grease or pet stains. He then tells me ok, since I am here I will do it for $99. I question him about what is the difference between the results I will get for $165 to $99 and then he says "It will be the same". I Question him again and he assures me he is giving me a discount because I mentioned their advertisement on craigslist and yelp. So out he comes a second guy from the truck who doesn't look a day over 18 and he is the one doing it. hmmm.. then the other guy finishes it. During this time, the van park right outside filled my home with fumes because they don't even have the common sense to close the door slightly. To top it all off, they dump the dirty water right in front of my home.
After allowing 2 days to dry fully, the carpet looks like crap. Husband comes home to find this mess and calls them to give them a chance to make it right after pointing out all this unprofessional attitude, no follow up, no call back. Skip these guys and go to someone who really cares about their reputation and customers.

Three and a half months ago we had an explosion in the main pipe in the kitchen. It got all the floor, cabinets, and furnitures soaked wet! Unfortunately nobody was home to stop the main water pipe!
I called my friend Mike and he referred me to PRIUS expert, Within less than an hour they came in and took all of the damaged fixtures and furniture to their storage, it took them 24 hours to dry out all of the mess, they spoke with my insurance company and took care of everything from A to Z.
I am very happy with their service since when it happened it looked like it's going on take a while to get everything back to normal but now I can only say thank to this wonderful company and their professionalism this experience was much better than I thought
