We have used NB for years. They clean the public areas of our 5 story brownstone -- hallways, carpet, stairways, woodwork and glass. They've been wonderful -- dependable, conscientious, flexible. Any problem had been quickly resolved.

Catalina and Claudia was amazing . My apartment looks wonderful compare to how it looked under construction. They left it spotless. I would definitely use new beginning cleaners again.
Lastly, they brought their own supplies so that was something less to worry about .

We were having a busy few weeks with not enough time to fully deep clean our house. So we scheduled an appointment with New Beginning Cleaners and it was the best decision ever! We called on a Friday and they had availability the following Monday -- so quick! The process was very easy and thorough. I did a quick video call with their team, they provided an estimate, and we were off from there. 🙂 They sent two people for our 2 bed 2 bath, and it was cleaned, mopped, everything within 2.5hrs! They were very flexible as I work from home and super friendly to our one cat as well. They brought all of the cleaning materials with them, and used our own vacuum + broom, which makes it so much easier! I would definitely book them again and highly recommend them. The price was well worth it!

New Beginning Cleaners is *hands-down* the best, most professional cleaning service we've come across in NY. Everything about the service (onboarding/scheduling/cleaning etc) are very seamless and well thought-out. The technicians are always on time (if not a little early) and do an amazing job. Cleanings are fairly priced and very thorough!
