My wife & I purchased a pillow back in October of 2024. I've been wanting to write this review for some time because of the outstanding customer service we received from both Thomas & Ryan. We described what we wanted and they presented us with ~5 pillows that they believed matched our interests. After trying those 5, my wife and I basically tried every other pillow in the store. Turns out the 5 pillows they suggested were definitely the best fit of all the pillows for what we were looking for, and the top choice they recommended for us also ended up being the pillow we purchased. We are still very happy with that pillow to this day. Even though we took up a lot of their time but they were still so kind and patient with us. Thanks y'all!

I visited the store in Sand City earlier this week (on Tuesday, I think). Jake welcomed me into the store and, after hearing what i needed to do and the unknown timing of my situation, he showed me an absolutely wonderful mattress.

My circumstances changed much more rapidly than I expected, and I need a mattress tomorrow (Friday). I arrived at the store very close to 5:00 p.m. this afternoon (Thursday).

Thomas welcomed me in, and I explained what Jake had shown me earlier in the week. Thomas set to work to be sure my order made it into the system in time for delivery tomorrow. We had a very pleasant conversation, and I sincerely appreciate my experiences with both of these gentlemen.

In 2022, we have purchased our first bed from this location. On 2/7/2025, we are now purchasing our second bed at the guidance and support from Thomas

I went into Mancini just to browse, knowing i had all weekend to take advantage of the sales and there’s several mattress stores i wanted to stop by before deciding. Jake greeted me and, after i told him i was there to look at the higher quality mattresses, took me over to a great find … but not for me. Next up was pretty good but if i was going to buy, it had to be FANTASTIC. I told this Jake and only then did he take me to the higher cost mattresses. I found the one that was perfect but honestly that’s beside the point of why i’m writing this. I’m writing this review because of Jake’s service and what i perceive as authenticity. Even tho i said i wanted a higher quality mattress, he didn’t immediately take me to the most expensive. Admittedly, that’s where i found what i was looking for and bought it on the spot, but it wasn’t until the 3rd or 4th mattress he showed me that we got into 4 digit prices. I applaud Jake for doing everything to find me the best cost-for-value option … his brand of customer service is sorely lacking in this world. THANK YOU JAKE!!
