The team at Lovesac in Monterey was extremely helpful and accommodating to our specific needs. They offered price comparisons shared their experiences with the company. The sales team is not paid by commission so they use a soft-cell approach. When we decided on our Lovesac purchase, which has so many options since it is modular, our salesperson Mia provided us with helpful links on how to assemble the pieces. Lovesac has thoroughly thought through their packaging and done everything to make assembly easy. No parts were missing and it struck us as 'genius' at some of their innovations to make their product high quality and sturdy. The Lovesac is the most comfortable searing we have ever felt and were delighted with their superior customer service support. Highly recommended!

Very small store with only a few pieces on the show floor, but those were of exceptional quality. Multiple options for sofa fabric covers with one offering washable slipcovers that gave the option to change the look of your living room with the change in slipcovers. I was very impressed with that. The salesperson was friendly helpful and pleasant! She answered my questions and provided a brochure to take with me. These are priced at the higher end, but worth it for the versatility and high quality. Definitely recommend.

Customer support in the store as well as on the phone and via text is very friendly and responsive. We are pleased with the sofas for the most part. However, after the first month, we needed to exchange one of the stealth tech speakers because the sound quality was staticky. That return process was OK but inconvenient because the entire side of our sofa was missing for about two weeks.

My biggest ”annoyance” by far with the entire purchase process is that I was not made aware that the various parts of the sofa would arrive in so many boxes. We literally had 20 large boxes taking up our entire living room area and it took us over a month to include the empty boxes with our weekly recycle pick up.

We loved it so much we called back a few days later to add to our order and were given the same sale price that we purchased the original one for! Great experience in the showroom working with Esther. She was very patience and worked with us as we were figuring out what exactly we wanted. I would highly recommend stopping by the lovsac showroom in Del Monte Mall.
