I dropped off my Mclane reel’s lawnmower in May 2024 for a tuneup and never heard back from them. I called several times and getting excused. They never answered and now we are in December 2024. My machine it only 4 years old and I have to go to a small claim court. I also get i touched with BBB locally. It so horrible and I am very upset.

haha…Glad to see this place is still around. I just recently spoke with Len (the original owner). I used to be at the shop, watching him repair and tune small and medium size equipment, during the Summers. I got my first taste of grease there - yeah, it made me barf. lol

Place has really gone down hill. Brought a mower in early June. Said it would be done in July. Been calling every week and it’s “just getting looked at”. Came in today and was given the option to wait until later this afternoon, or take it home in a box of pieces. Seriously.... thanks a bunch. Been coming here for 20 years.

Update:
Just got a call from Angela (owners wife) offering an apology. She also said she’s putting in her 2 weeks because of this (suuurrrreeeeeee..... ). Again, buyer beware but she did offer and I excepted her apology. They also said they are having trouble with hiring so if you know anyone they have 3 openings available, sorry 4 now (service counter) so apply, apply, apply!!!

Stay far away from this place! They are terrible how they run their business! The place is chaotic! I dropped off my mower and edger for service and was told I would be called with an estimate. I never received a call, and when I called them to check I was told I would receive a call back each time and NEVER received any call or form of communication. Three months later, I called AGAIN and was told my edger was done but my mower was in pieces. Unbelievable!! I said I would come pick them up then and was told I could have it back in pieces. They have no staff and could care less about the customer. Save yourself some grief and DO NOT GO HERE!
