I’ve used dry cleaners for many years. Several times over the years, we had a tailoring emergency or some similar urgent need and they always came through. Recently, they’ve changed ownership I have found the new service to be fantastic, courteous, and in many cases lower priced which and times like these, we can all appreciate Whatever your previous experience with dry cleaners, if you’re in the Buford area, I would Recommend giving him a first try or another try

BEWARE!!!!! HORRIBLE NEW OWNER!!!!! Previous owner was 5 star for past 10+ years. New owner is not worth 1 star.

We had 2 bad experiences in a row. New owner said not his problem, go somewhere else if you dont like it. So we did.

This dry cleaner is extremely overpriced. The first time we used Joy Cleaners, we thought that the $5 for a shirt was a fluke or mistake. Our second adventure included a $40 queen sized comforter (still not clean), and $30 for a shirt and slacks. The shirt and slacks were worn in an office, so there was not much to clean. At least we have learned our lesson, and will never be back.

Its a shame that you have to give even one star to add a review. This place is not worth one star. Overpriced is an understatement. Charge $85 to clean two dresses. The dresses barely cost that. Beware of this place. I would not use them.

they overstarched my shirt (requested medium starch) and it had starch stains all over the shirt. They properly did 2 other shirts, so not sure what happened with this 3rd shirt. I had my son take the shirt back up there to have it done right. They told him the would correct the issue.

They just made him pay for the shirt today when he picked it up. They wanted him to pay $10 for the shirt that they screwed up in the first place. My son pushed back, but was still charged $5.94.
We will never return to Joy Cleaners. Absolutely awful service and a horrible way to treat your customers

I dropped off about 31 pieces of clothing to be cleaned. Just jeans and regular polo shirts. They told me one price at drop off. When I picked clothes up the rate was double. They charged me $275 to get my clothes. When I asked them about the price the owner told me that I have very nice expensive clothes and they take a very special cleaning. Like I said they were regular jeans and polo shirts. He said that his son would love my clothes. Very nice and expensive. I will never use this place again. I’m surprised they’re still opened. Stay away. Use the cleaners up the road beside the Chevron gas station. They’re good and half the price.

My father has used this cleaner for many years. He has never had a problem until today. He had a pair of dress pants cleaned. There wasn’t anything wrong with them when we dropped them off. We went to pick them up and had been charged $20. That was a lot more than what we were expecting so we asked why . She said because of the repair . She showed us where she repaired them . She did a great job repairing them, the problem is they didn’t need repaired when we drop them off . Not only can you tell that they have been fixed it happened while they were there and we still had to pay $20 for it . We will be finding a new cleaners.

Very dishonest !!!!! I cleaned my clothes before here with no problem , then gave them a large order with 34 items to dryclean, All were regular shirts and a few long skirts. then they decided to charge exorbitant prices!!! My bill was over $200 ! I had some simple long skirts which they charged $18 a piece for!!! For that price I could have bought new ones !!! They also charged extra for other items that should not be including a shirt they said was a sweater dress which it was not it was simply a shirt !!! DO NOT use this cleaner ! Go somewhere else where they are honest !
