I have clients that are purchasing a home, and some potential structural issues were found during the home inspection. Jeremy was able to accommodate my client’s tight due diligence deadline on a 4th of July week! In addition, Oreste the inspector who came out to perform the structural inspection, was excellent, thorough and efficient. He patiently answered all my questions and clearly explained the whole process. I won’t hesitate to call them again.

I just want to thank the entire team for an amazing job on our project in Holly Springs.

From the start, the engineering plans that were designed were truly on point and done extremely well.

I would also like to thank the guys for not only coming out to inspect the various retaining wall levels daily/weekly, but providing their expert opinions and advice on all facets of the project. In knowing how intricate retaining wall installs are, we are very fortunate to partner with a firm like JDS and confident in your expertise and ability to make sure everything is up to code.

Also, obtaining permits through the town for us was a huge help in facilitating our progress with this project.

After long time working towards we finally made the move to building our dream house. JDS consulting was recommended to us by a friend and after a short investigation we hired them for the design and engineering work for our project. Tommy Elfont is our engineer/ designer and we cannot be happier with the results.
We sent Tommy our vision board pictures and a collage of the floor plan wants and he went to work. We collaborated for a couple of weeks to refine the plans and got it to where the work can start. Once the work started we made some additional changes and Tommy was able to do that for us quickly so we don’t suffer delays.
It really pays off to have your design and engineering under same roof and I highly recommend JDS for your next project.
