No había vivido en hotel por mucho tiempo , pero desgraciadamente mi casa se me quemó y no tengo dónde quedarme así que estamos en un hotel con mi familia , pero no me agrada porque solo vienen una vez por semana a limpiar el cuarto y dejan todavía sucio. Ohhh !! Y hay cucarachas .

ROACHES. GERMAN ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Manager literally admitted that the whole building is infested with roaches but won't acknowledge German roaches. Even if I show them proof of German roaches, they won't admit it. Kitchen drawers are literally filled with roach feces. And good luck getting a refund if you decide to cancel your reservation. The whole building smells like a cigarette ash tray. And the elevator, oh boy, it smells like a crack house. I won't be surprised if I see needles in the hallway. IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO BOOK, YOU WILL HAVE THE RISK OF CARRYING GERMAN ROACHES WITH YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE AND INFEST YOUR HOME. I am actually surprised that the North Carolina health department did not shut down this building due to health concerns. I don't think they are even aware of this hazardous situation.......  Note: German roaches have an distinct back looking of two black strips. Checked in this afternoon. The room is perfect for my needs. Jeanie, the lady at the front desk was phenomenal...very helpful and polite. You don't see that much these days!

I really enjoyed my stay at the InTown Suites. The room was nice and the price affordable. The management was professional and friendly. I would have stayed longer but my only complaint is I couldn’t have my dog. If you need a place to stay I highly recommend them.

The staff at InTown Suites are absolutely amazing. They're each very helpful and friendly and the manager Janet treats people good and doesn't look down on the ones who live here, like us, and help make this place feel like home. The rooms are nice and the weekly rates are affordable, which is so hard to find anymore.

Left my key in the room went to front lobby to get back in which was closed unlike a normal hotel that's open all night I had no idea the lady working standing around talking I'm assuming she was clocked out mind you the lobby is closed off for me to have any other way in my room she catches an attitude with me asks me which room I tell her I'm thinking she's just going make me a new key no instead she gets on the elevator I say I have kids in the car ill be right back I go get my kids come bck in with another guest letting me in and she's no where to be found I knock on office door go to my floor she's out of site "I STILL GOT IN MY ROOM" FORTUNATELY BT TO U LADY U SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE TALKING/HELPING PEOPLE

I've lived here for over a year Janet is the best ,I came home the other day from work and mind you she knows I have a bad back I had received Amazon packages and they were on my kitchen counter when I came in. She actually brought my packages to my room and spared me the walk so 5 stars definitely and to the people saying roaches I haven't seen one bug in this place so I'm thinking you brought them with you and please don't come back thank you. Luvs ya Janet you're the best!
