We used another pest control, prior to Insight knocking on our door and introducing a interesting and innovative new pest control concept (they use pellets that insects take to their dwellings to eradicate them altogether). This did not happen.
Since having this service, I've seen more insects (spiders, ants, bugs I've never seen before, and I've seen a few waterbugs 🤢). When I called to discontinue the service due to the fact that the service they promised is not evident, they twist your arm in to keeping service. They'll render lame excuses of bugs coming out after they service being a norm— only they continued to be a presence well after being serviced. They may tell you that you need to call them for a reservice. I would have to call them weekly, if that were the case. That would end up being more money out of my pocket, as they only reservice for free so many times. I didn't feel heard or valued as a customer, they don't come out enough, and they did not deliver what they promised.
The cherry on top was that they had no records of any of the reservices we requested when they tried to twist our arm for the last time. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never use their service again.
I'll post the pictures I hadn't already deleted. If you've had a poor experience with this company, it important to post so that the public is able to make a more informed decision about moving forward with them.

Just be careful to read your contact before signing any form to the guys who go door by door, unfortunately I did. I was offered a lot of extra great services but when I went into my email and read the contract it was totally different a d I had to pay extra for the services I was offered, I am really happy with the company I use but wanted to save some dollars...
Make yourself a favor and read everything before you switch.

Fortunately I called in between the 3 days and the Insight's customer service representative was extremely professional, I explained the situation and she guide me through the process without any problem .

We have enjoyed all interactions with Insight, and all their staff have been incredibly hospitable. Their service is great to keep your bugs at bay, and their solution is safe for our pets. That is so important to us! Dexter and his team were out at our home for our quarterly service and they were just a pleasure to speak with. The service was quick and efficient, and they communicated with us on when they would arrive within our appointment window. Affordability is not even a question, this is the best bang for your buck.

Kudos to the salesman, he painted a beautiful picture. No bugs, will come between visits at no charge, and oh my goodness, it'll save you money. Um, not so much. Read your contract. I'm paying triple the cost with more bugs. I've placed a request to cancel with a promise that I'll have a response from the "manager." That was 3 weeks ago... still crickets. Talk about a sleazy salesperson. This place has the professionalism of a pyramid scheme. The person you speak with aligns with your issue and paces you to believe that you'll have a resolution. From the other not so positive reviews and experience, I've discovered that I'm not the only one.

Very professional and friendly service. He explained what he was doing and why. We asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them in detail. He is very knowledgeable of the chemicals used and why. He took the time to fully inspect outside and inside. Extremely satisfied with the service and the company. Our neighbor uses another company and they have continued problems, we do not. Thank you!!

The only good thing I can say about this company is how nice the customer service was, and that's still lacking. Called on multiple occasions to cancel and they never followed through. They went ahead and charged us again after telling us the account would be canceled before that. They do not come out more than once every three months and due to this fact we had an increase in pest activity. Eventually ending up with a mouse coming in our home, they did not take this seriously and we would have had it there for over a week before the professional would come help. Ended up hiring a professional from another company to help with that. Finally, this company has a $300 fine if you try to end services early. "It is at the bottom of the contract," the representative told us.

Beware of this predatory business. They promise a service they cannot deliver, I have seen a marked increase pest in the 5 months I've used them, I was much better off managing them myself. When I voiced my concerns they kept telling me it takes time and they will retreat until it improves. It has not been effective whatsoever. They continuously cancel appointments, and after reaching out to try and contact them about cancelling or other alternatives they have completely refused to respond to me for over 2 weeks now.
