These guys are the best! I moved into an apartment that needed some deep bathroom cleaning. I was honestly worried that no one would be able to get the stain in the bathroom out. Imperial Deep Cleaning came over for a walkthrough, gave me a fair price, and then came back the next day to clean. Very kind, empathetic guys—give them a call!

I reached out to Imperial Deep Cleaning Services for a move out cleaning. Kols gave me a quote, was friendly and helped me figure what level of cleaning I needed. The price I was quoted was very fair and they were the only service I found that had some Saturday appointments. That was a lifesaver!

On the day of the cleaning they showed up 15 minutes early and immediately swung into action. The team were very friendly and very thorough.

They did an amazing job and left the apartment sparkling.

I highly recommend Imperial Deep Cleaning Services and will definitely use them again.

Being former military and comparing that spotless standard to Imperial Deep Cleaning’s standard, I have to say I’m very impressed. Very good attention to detail. The entire team was professional and had me review their work before moving on to the next room and had no problem cleaning again when I pointed out a few small spots they missed initially. For 3 hours work, they definitely earned the $600 I paid for a very dirty apartment. I had 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and the living room done from top to bottom. Included all windows and blinds as well. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again Imperial!

I found this business via a Google search and the reviews seemed solid.
Here is my review:
1. I was contacted and informed that they would be 30 minutes for the initial scheduled walk through appointment due to heavy traffic. That did not work for my schedule, so he came the next morning and arrived on time.
2. We did the walk through and I was verbally quoted a price that I kept in mind. Now, my regular cleaning company always generated invoices and put things in writing, so I should have simply requested a text or email quote.
3. The day of my scheduled cleaning, I was contacted and informed they would be 30 minutes late (this should have been a red flag).
4. Upon arrival there were two men that were set to perform the work. After my daughters room was "cleaned", she returned to it and the younger gentleman left his hat on her pillow on her bed (unprofessional).
5. When it was time for me to walk through post cleaning, there were areas that definitely could have been cleaned more efficiently. At the time to close out my payment, the owner asked me what price was quoted to me. As a business owner myself, I was baffled. I informed him of the verbally quoted price and he said it is actually $200 more than what he quoted me. I told him no problem, but he would never have the opportunity to swipe my card again.
6. Yes, my house smelled wonderful, however as the night progressed the chemicals aggravated my lungs so I had to raise the windows in my home to air the strong chemicals out. There were also areas that were requested to be cleaned during the initial walk through that were not cleaned at all.

Overall, I do not in good faith recommend this company.
