Finest Azusa Carpet Cleaning

We have carpet throughout our 2800 sq/ft home that really needed a thorough cleaning after a decade. I reached out to Finest Azusa Carpet Cleaning, and they responded quickly. Their estimate was spot on, and they arrived right on time to get the job done efficiently. They managed to remove several large stains from different rooms that I thought would never come out. Both Austin and Cesar were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling them again for future cleanings! Great job, everyone!

I used this carpet cleaning service recently and was really happy with how quickly they got back to me after I called to make an appointment. Everything was done excellently. Austin and his team arrived, set up, and completed the cleaning in under 40 minutes! They steam cleaned the living room, hallway, and one bedroom in my apartment. The company has top-notch machines and the technician worked with great thoroughness and courtesy. Their uniforms looked fantastic with matching shirts, pants, and comfortable shoes. I've found some friendly and skilled professionals to take care of my carpet cleaning needs. Be sure to check out their website for prices and all their services! You won’t be disappointed; I was truly impressed with the results.

I initially gave a 5-star rating for the carpet cleaning, but the experience only got better from there! The customer service was the best I’ve ever encountered. My apartment complex claimed that the carpet had serious stains and that the cleaning wasn’t done properly. I reached out for assistance, and Austin was eager to help and offered to address any issues if I wasn’t satisfied. He was very professional and responsive. The apartment complex seemed to be trying to take advantage of me, but I asked for photos of the carpet. What I received showed only normal wear and tear, and one image had a minor discoloration that was hardly noticeable, about the size of a quarter. After discussing my concerns, the cleaning team still went above and beyond to assist me, even though they didn't have to. This service does an outstanding job with carpets, and I strongly recommend them. Their work exceeded my expectations!

I’m updating my review to 4 stars because the team did a great job resolving my concerns. The branch genuinely seems to care about their work, and I just want to offer some constructive feedback. My previous experience with carpet cleaning was not what I expected, but I’ve had positive experiences in the past. I appreciate how hard the team is working to overcome challenges, especially considering the ongoing labor shortages we’ve all faced since the pandemic.

Austin was exceptionally professional and a pleasure to cooperate with. He took outstanding care of our rather large 3-piece sectional carpet. He dedicated over 3 hours to thoroughly clean our carpet. Austin even took the effort to demonstrate the amount of dirt that was being removed with just the vacuum part before he even started the actual cleaning process. He managed to get our carpet so clean, which is no simple feat given that we have two young boys in our home. Austin suggested using Scotchgard to protect against future stains. He even included a deodorizer at no extra cost. The carpet cleaning service was very reasonably priced and we'll definitely be using them again. Austin boasts over a decade of experience and it's clearly evident in his expertise. We appreciate Austin for doing an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We also employed him for tile cleaning. Our tiles look fantastic now. This is our first professional tile and grout cleaning since we moved to Azusa almost 10 years ago. This carpet and tile cleaning service is top-notch and we highly recommend them.
