This company was amazing all the way around. They came out to do a job at my parents house and the job ended up being quite extensive in the end. However they stuck it out until everything was completed and working again. They offered stellar customer service and they clearly communicated throughout the whole process. The price was extremely competitive and they offered a great deal for all the work that was needed. Highly recommend using this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone that has any type of plumbing issues. They do it all from small jobs to big jobs (digging and replacing 20 feet of sewer piping underneath the house). The owner Daniel is a very nice straightforward and understanding guy. He explains everything and has pictures to show you what the problem is and what he’s going to do. His team is great and of course pricing is very fair.

Had an emergecy and called Figs Plumbing out had a toilet, shower and sink plugged up in my master bath. They tried unpluging with a 100 foot snake and after spending hours the were able to clear the clog and we had our master bath back. Very friendly staff Bill was a hard worker. Highly recommed them and will call again vary reasonable on price. Thanks again guys.

we found our forever plumber! daniel, the owner of Figs, came out and fixed our problem easily and inexpensively when another company came out first and said we needed $12-14k worth of immediate wok. daniel swooped in and saved us big time. he restored our sewer for under $200. we may need more expensive work down the line, but now we have a heads up and im certain figs will be cheaper. he really cares. highly recommend.

Usually plumbing problems start with something that feels like an emergency. Sadly that's not usually how it gets treated by a plumbing place. But I had heard good things about Figs. A local place thats been here for decades. So when my water heater stopped working I have them a call. I called on wendsday and Fig himself was there that day to assess the situation. He gave me a couple of choices at that time. I went out of town and called him the following Monday. By wensday I had a perfectly installed water heater. The work is immaculate. The price was fair. Fig himself was great. He was friendly and straightforward. Ive worked with enough plumbers to really appreciate his willingness to work around my schedule and situation and also to know that his pricing was very fair. It's not bargain basement prices but for the level of work you get he could charge a lot more. I'm very happy and I'll use Fig's for a long as I'm in sacremento.

Fig Plumbing wanted $499.00 to change out two faucet bibs that I got done through Arrow Plumbing for $199.00 think Fig may price themselves out of the market? Sure taking advantage of people.

Almost $900 for a pretty simple cracked connector on an outdoor water line seems kind of high. No senior discount, and they didn't clean up the clippers I loaned them to cut some roots, and they took the 3 towels I gave them to clean the mud off of the pvc line, rather than hosing them off. Bit disappointed as I've used them several times before.
