S. Kanner facility now has a rigorous security check point where you are 1st met by staff who usher you through a magnometer and directed to use a kiosk to sign in for the 2nd time after signing in online and then I was stopped by a security guard who demanded I empty my purse & allow him to examine it. This is egregious! I was appalled to be treated like some sort of criminal when all I wanted to do was to see my doctor this morning. Is it any wonder that their ratings are in the toilet. Gotta rethink any association with this group ESPECIALLY after the exodus of my primary & one of my specialist. Should have heeded that tell a year ago.

After Teledoc & 2 visits to another walk in clinic I was still very sick after 4 weeks. All records with Cleveland Clinic so decided to take ride Stuart. I will always go here now as it was worth trip. They were able to see me right away, dr listened to me, seemed interested in getting me better not just moving on to next patient (like others), & within 48 hrs I was feeling much better. My experience all around was so much better here. I've been a patient of Cleveland Clinic for over 20 years & have been completely happy with every encounter.

If I could give this place negative stars I would

This is a long story but since no one is taking accountability and they refuse to call me back, I'm going to post this for the open world.

Do not go to the urology department here. Everyone is extremely unprofessional and disgustingly rude.

My husband came to see the urologist Dr. Digiorgio in June due to some fertility concerns. We were told he was going to send us off with a lab order and an order for a semen analysis. We were given the paper and sent off after confirming we had everything we needed and didn't need anything else. Words from them.

So we left and made an appointment for the analysis. Unfortunately the only opening they had was for August 21st so we had to just sit here and wait.

Finally, we show up to IVF on August 21 and are instantly told the order we were given is not completed. It was missing the doctor's information and his signature. I'm not a doctor and neither is my husband and we took the words from Cleveland Clinic's staff that we were all good to go in June.

The staff in IVF spent 2 hours calling them. They were first told they would fax the order and nothing. Then 2 hours later we find out no one is even in urology as if everyone there just disappeared.

I myself called and was told the same thing.

We ended up having to reschedule, thankfully for August 25th, and we decided to go back to Cleveland Clinic to figure out what was happening.

I called while driving over and was told BY SOMEONE IN UROLOGY that they would let Dr Digiorgio know we were coming to get the paper completed correctly.

We get there and speak to the receptionist in Urology that then brings out a woman, Rose. Oh, Rose. My biggest problem is with Rose. Not only was she completely incompetent and unprofessional, she was heartless and rude.

She informs us that Dr. Digiorgio is on vacation until September 10 and there's no one that can sign the paper until he is back.

I explain we were told someone was going to let him know we were coming AND that someone needed to figure it out because this should have been taken care of at the first instant it was given to us and she turned it around on us and asked how we didn't notice 2 months ago.

Firstly, I am autistic and don't understand these things. How was I supposed to know THEY didn't sign in.

And either way if I noticed or not, how is their lack of attention MY FAULT? or my husband's fault how are you going to turn that around on someone who you care for in a hospital? that is absolutely disgusting.

Rose continued to be extremely rude rolling her eyes, talking over us, and refusing to help.

So we left.

I called and was told a clinical manager would be in contact with me.

After that, someone called my husband and was told they were faxing the form to IVF. I took the form and asked what in the world was going on. They said for the physical form it needed a signature but they could fax it no problem.,....

So why was that not done to begin with? And why did useless Rose not say anything about that? It's YOUR job and responsibility to find the resolution not tell me I'm McScrewed until the doctor is back.

Later on, Rose called my husband, ZERO APOLOGY OR ACCOUNTABILITY, and said the form was faxed. I didn't believe them so I called IVF and confirmed with them it was actually faxed.

I then get a call from a woman who tells me she is going to get the clinical manager and would call me right back since she would lose service if we stayed on the phone. Call ends....still waiting for that call back lmaoooooooooooo

So unprofessional and just outright disrespectful.

I called again Friday and another clueless human answered the phone. Still no call from anyone.

So now I'm making our experience public to see if someone, anyone, will actually take accountability.

Run away from here. Run away from Rose

I was on Dr. Sarmiento's Waitlist for over a year for a physical. I was switched to her since the past two doctors I was established with at Cleveland Clinic left. She wouldn't see me for a regular physical but wanted to charge me for a new patient visit and have me return again for a physical. That is ridiculous. I left and scheduled an appointment with a higher ranked doctor and Jupiter Medical Center who would see me for a physical on the first visit.

I used to see Dr. Aleksyenko her and have been on three different wait lists for doctors. I finally got to see one today and they wanted to charge me for a new patient visit and not physical. It’s not my fault they’ve lost all their doctors. That is ridiculous. I will not be going here any more.

I was at walk in clinic on sunday and my experience was great. There was smiles every where, the staff knew their business and they found the cause of my problem. I would definately come again and recommend to all my friends and family

Without fail the absolute worst medical administration corporation out there second only to the County health department. Please fail harder so someone who knows what they're doing will take over. Takes hours or days to get a response from anyone you are currently under care for

Visited this new Cleveland Clinic Family Center property in Stuart on Kanner Highway and Indian Street as a referred patient for a CT scan and was quite impressed with the modern and professional facility and staff they have attentive staff from the moment you come in the front door who guide you through the process to the waiting room , to the registration process , and then to the department serving your particular appointment . In addition they have a nice cafe and dining area if you came with a loved one and are waiting for them to process and the parking would pretty much compete with a stadium . This is a great addition to the medical community serving Stuart and Martin County
