Such a great place! Very nice kind man. He also helped me carry in my clothes, I appreciated it so much. Plenty of machines to use. Very clean and well kept. I travel with my husband for work and I am in laundry mats alot all over the east coast and I have to say this is a great place.

I'm confused as I read the comments these people must be family members. my first time here new to Maxton I walked in at 5:07 and was greeted at the door by three elderly women who said they had been there since 7:00 a.m. so they were closing I could only wash or dry. not both. once I proceeded to dry she walked to the machine and turned it down from high to low then she told me that I should have went to the back to dry instead of the dryer I was using because it would be easier for her to clean. not accommodating at all very rushed service poor attitudes set in their ways mean old ladies they bragged about how it was their business it was a family business and they had a very condescending attitude towards people whom they thought were not business owners that I was asked to leave and had to argue for a refund since I had only been in the place for 2 minutes and had set my dryer to 30 once I received my refund I left while being bombarded with slurs from each lady. It gave a ".living with your mama follow house rules " vibe that was very uncomfortable because let's face it... I don't need them don't even care to know em I just wanna dry my clothes and go home sheesh lol. I will never return. My mind is made up. I will take my money to the white man. If you're desperate and need a place to dry and wash I understand (gotta do what you gotta do) but if not Maxton Laundry is literally 45 seconds away. It's full of bums and drunks but its beats Express by far.

James McDougald is an extremely outstanding owner, as well as a very outstanding man. He greets & meets everyone warmly as they come through the doors, even assisting with bringing in & taking out your clothes. He offers superb conversation and his manner is beyond polite. The facilities are very, VERY, clean and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It gets busy here so the earlier you can in, the better.

They have alot of washers and dryers out of order and there is an old lady that has a smart mouth that works there I would not be coming back there anymore I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there the lady was rude

Very Good stuff awesome service lot off space I actually come ever by my semi truck and trailer also spaces for truck drivers if you around this town you can totally do your laundry ! Big hello

He's got a clean place , yes he has a few washers out of service and a couple of dryers . But it's clean the owner is super nice .,
