The lawn care is inconsistent and not usually complete. Driveway and patios are not blown off so there is usually debris left all over. There is no edging done. Big circular marks left on the lawn from the mower. When sending in a compliant ticket there is no response.

We just moved here from Florida and we are still getting our bearings, so the last 3 weeks have been a whirlwind. The house was also vacant for a full month before we moved in, so our lawn was a bit daunting. The Easy Lawn Care crew were communicative about not being able to do the work on the original date because of the storm, but said they would be back Monday, and they were!
They got straight to work and they were very detailed. I am really impressed with the work they did and handling bits of the overgrowth. I gave out some ice cold water bottles and they were incredibly sweet when receiving them; very personable.

I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company!

Easy lawn care is simple to get started and they are excellent at getting to you when they say they will. Three stars because getting hold of them to get assistance for any issues seems to be impossible. I've emailed and texted (I'm a millennial who hates phone calls) and have never gotten a response. Additionally, they haven't scheduled a service for me since August...my yard still needs at least two mows before the weather cools enough to keep it from growing. So, yeah, right in the middle.

I honestly didn’t want to select this 1-Star. Yes, they do BASIC cutting. I started with grass cutting every 2wks with Bush trimming. I have a huge front and back yard. They did a HORRIBLE job! And not to mention, the Weed eating SUCKED! I needed them to cut the grass as low as possible however, it takes them about 15mins at the most which means they cut over the grass once both front and back and by the end of the week, my grass and dandelions are back high as crap. I work from home so I watched each time they came out. I also asked them why didn’t they trim my bushes, the guys looked confused and said they were there to only cut and bc they had other yards to do, my bushes had to be trimmed at the end of the next week so basically Grass was cut on a Monday and bushes were trimmed that next Thursday. I find that to be so weird bc why not just do it all at once?! I dislike this company and it was such an embarrassment when I see other yards that were beautifully cut so I hired someone else who has done a TREMENDOUS JOB each and every time! I rather pay more to get exactly what’s needed than to use these guys! I STRONGLY and HIGHLY would NEVER recommend or suggest this company. I thought maybe bc I seen their billboard on the highway, they would be good… however, it was very disappointing! So yes, they cut only enough to make sure you need them again! Never again!!

My Forest Lake HOA refused to include many bushes and trees around my condo in the semi-annual bush trimming landscape contract. This left my bushes over grown and unsightly. East Lawn Care to the rescue! Thanks to a flyer they left in my mailbox, I gave them a call. They responded immefiately! Sent the Field Supervisor out the same day to review my needs and had his crew out there within 48 hours to get the job done! And it is beautiful. Everything was trimmed to my specifications. Not a piece if debris was left behind. I am so pleased with their work, I am going to have them lay a bunch of mulch for me too. They, now, are my go to landscaping firm. The crew was highly professional and pleasant to work with. I give them a 10 in every category!
