I would not recommend. Do not waste your money with this company. We did not have a great experience specifically with Yarin. When he came to inspect, the only room that needed a carpet cleaning, my boyfriend emphasized that we wanted to target the pet stains and the dark areas in general. He then said the carpet needed a deep cleaning that needed to be conditioned. Which is what we wanted. He seemed to be very understanding and even said “the room will look brand new!”, therefore we accepted the offer of paying $342! The man took no more than 10 minutes to “deep clean” the room! My boyfriend took a look at the room afterwards and told Yarin that there were still stains left. Yarin blatantly lied and said they should be gone soon. He said he used cleaning products that weren’t harmful for the pets and we were going to breathe a lot better since the bacteria on the ground was really bad. My boyfriend proceeded to ask what is a good number to Zelle the payment to. Yarin gave his own cellphone number and once he received the payment Yarin acted surprised about receiving the payment to his own cell which was very ODD! Not to mention, that he charged another $10 for “tax”. The carpet does not look close to “brand new” to pay that amount of money I expect the stains at least to be gone. I attached photos of the results of his 10 minute deep cleaning… When contacting the company to try and find a solution the receptionist kept saying that the manager Frank will get back to us by the end of the day and never did. To take 10 minutes to do a deep cleaning and then charge a lump sum, only for the carpet to still have so many stains, truly left us unhappy.

He worked hard to get rid of stains in a room where my dog had an accident. The results were absolutely fabulous! The technician who came to clean our carpets and sofa recently did an outstanding job. Oliver, the cleaner, was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail, carefully considering which stains he could tackle. I was really impressed with his work and felt it was worth sharing this recommendation. I wish I had taken a before picture! My suede sofa, which is around 10 years old and had gotten quite dirty from kids and pets, now looks fantastic. I am extremely happy with the service I received from this team.

I just had Early Bird Carpet Cleaning take care of the carpet and area rugs at one of our properties. It was fantastic! Their communication was excellent. I mistakenly booked for the wrong day, but they were very understanding and quickly helped me fix the mistake. Then, just 20 minutes before they arrived, the city blocked off all the street parking. They handled the situation really well. The job was completed professionally and at a price that was about 40 percent lower than other quotes I received. I believe the technician's name was Oliver. He was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff. We've tried several national and local carpet cleaning services before, and this has been the best experience so far.

Tanner did an amazing job cleaning our sectional couch! A curious little mouse had decided to stash some nuts under the cushions, but that’s okay—I actually love mice, just wish they’d ask for a cup of tea first, ha! I needed my couch cleaned quickly, and Tanner was able to fit me in right away. My microfiber couch had some everyday upholstery stains, and he managed to remove all of them, plus he disinfected some urine from the mouse. Now, my couch looks brand new! There are no chemical smells or flaking left behind, and the material stayed soft. I really appreciate that he used eco-friendly cleaners! My couch cleaning for the 2-seater with a sectional lounge the size of a twin bed cost $175, which is a fantastic price. Tanner was punctual, very easy to reach, and has a great system for sending you updates about your appointment. He is friendly and clearly passionate about his work. They also provide house cleaning and deep cleaning services beyond just carpets and upholstery. 5 stars—will definitely hire again and recommend him as a trustworthy, reliable, and meticulous hard worker!

I called and made an appointment, and the agent gave me a window of 10-12pm on Saturday, January 12. During the process of making the call, the agents disconnected on me twice after putting me on hold. I finally spoke to an agent, and we went over the details of my home and what needed to be cleaned. The agent said he’d charge me 2 medium sized rooms for $79 total steam clean only; my carpet was in good condition. I went over that price again and he assured me of the total. Saturday rolled around and the two hour window went by, so I called the company and they are running 30 minutes late. The cleaning guy showed up 1 hour past the window but no apology. David, the cleaning guy went inside my home and looked around. I had no stains and was expecting a fairly quick process. However, David said I needed a full shampoo and deep clean for $460! He said a steam cleaning was not good enough. I had two empty rooms, about 600 square feet, nothing to move. I was miffed and asked David to explain his rationale going from $79 to $460. I got the poorest response. I then tried calling the agency to speak with someone, and I was put on a hold and the call disconnected twice. David, you really let me down and I felt you were running late, and to get out of cleaning my carpet you would charge me some crazy fee. Poor customer service.
