Worst store Magee to help customer

When I arrived, I was informed that exchanging for a different size within the same style and color would not incur an additional cost. However, the store did not have the size I needed in stock. I asked what options were available to assist me, such as calling another store to check availability, but the staff member informed me that calling other stores was not an option. Instead, she suggested I go online and check for the style myself.

In addition, when I asked for her name to address my concerns properly, she responded by stating, "I don’t feel comfortable and am not legally required to provide my name." While I understand personal boundaries, I believe a store manager or representative should offer their name for accountability and transparency. She appeared to recognize it was for a complaint, and her refusal, combined with her tone and actions, made me feel undervalued and disrespected as a customer.

To make matters worse, during our interaction, she made a comment to another customer, saying, "You gotta do what you need to do," as though I wasn’t even present. This level of disregard felt humiliating and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I am unable to wait for an online order due to personal circumstances, so I was hoping for assistance in-store to resolve this issue. The overall experience was disheartening, and I left feeling like my concerns and presence as a customer were unimportant.

I had ordered a pair online and when they arrived were not what I had wanted. The online costumer service was quite the pain but, I came to this store and was extremely impressed. They took my exchange and helped me find the perfect pair with a smile. I am extremely pleased with the help from Gary and another female associate (didn’t catch her name) on both Saturday and Sunday (1/6 & 1/7). Thank you 🙂
