I had a great experience with critter wranglers. I posted on social media looking for referrals for other companies, as we had already tried them but they were very booked and couldn’t make it out for a couple weeks. Carrie saw my post and reached out, and she was able to send someone out for a quote the same day as they already had people working in my area nearby. They were the least expensive of the quotes we received, by several thousand. Bradley did a great job, he was very nice and he worked quickly and efficiently despite how cold it is outside.

I wonder how many families this company has scammed because they almost got me! I called for services for hearing a noise in my crawl space. They came out on 1/29/24 and said to have seen possum droppings and signs of a possum. The technician also stated that the ONLY way it could have gotten in was from the crawl space door being left open. He left a trap and said he would be catching and checking the trap everyday for 5 days. Well… my maintenance man came on 2/2/24 and had to do some plumbing in the crawl space again. I warned him of the trap. He stated there was nothing in it and there were no animal droppings down there. I immediately called to ask them to come and remove the trap. I was told that it had been reported that a possum was captured on 1/29. I told them we were never notified or contacted for that and they definitely didn’t trap it the same day because I was home all day all week. The supervisor agreed to have it picked up at no charge. The technician came to pick up trap AND LEFT ADDITIONAL BAITS DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND LEFT THE CRAWL SPACE DOOR PROPED OPEN ON PURPOSE as if he purposely wanted to bait something in to my home. (See pictures below if how the technician left my home and none of this was there before) He even purposely propped the door open with the lock that goes INSIDE the door! I called the supervisor back and I still have not received a response after leaving a detailed voicemail over a week ago.

Excellent and quick service! I was hoping to catch my lost cat but caught a skunk instead. Animal control and TWRA would not come help. I called at 8 am and Marty said someone would come by noon; by 930 I had help! I’m not sure of his name, maybe Steve? Knocked on my door and in less than 15 minutes transferred a skunk from my live trap to his and fixed my issue! He was so nice and gentle to the animal. Thank you! I will definitely use Critter Wrangler services again if I need them!

Marty came by my home this afternoon after I called mid-morning about a squirrel that had fallen into our chimney.

Marty was there earlier than predicted (fine by me since I work from home), and he assessed the situation, climbed onto the roof to assess that situation, took photos of the process to show me and kept me aprised of my options throughout the visit.

He ended up “catching” the squirrel by coaxing it out of my fireplace and it ran right outside!

10/10 to Critter Wranglers! Will use and recommend them any time!!!

My air conditioning unit died yesterday, and the HVAC guy came out today to find out that it was infested with yellow jackets. That was around 11.

I called critter wranglers, and they were here in less than 2 hours, fixed the problem, and I may still be able to get my air conditioning back if not this afternoon then tomorrow morning!

Fast efficient, amazing service, 100% recommend!!!

We had a yellow jacket nest in the wall of our house at the recessed front entry which is two stories tall. They were using openings between the cedar siding boards and the trim created by the overlap profile of the boards to get inside the wall. While there was one opening that most of the wasps were using, they were using at least six of them and those were eight to fourteen feet high. There was no safe way to spray the nest, so I called Critter Wranglers.
Marty arrived at the appointed time, assessed the situation and proposed a solution. It was to use a relatively slow-killing powder insecticide that would be carried to the nest and get all of the existing and developing wasps. He had all of the necessary tools and was ready to work so I approved the plan.
He used a puffer box on a telescoping pole with a string to pump the puffer and applied the powder from the top opening and down. You could see the smoke-like powder coming out of several holes below the ones being puffed. It took about six minutes to puff all the openings. The wasps never swarmed and after about two hours there were none coming or going. The next day there were a few dead ones on the porch. The insecticide will remain active, but I'll be blocking all the openings to ensure it doesn't happen again. Marty recommended the best sealing products and cautioned against one that wouldn't last. I was completely satisfied and impressed with the Critter Wranglers service.
