The drive-through is very convenient and the employees are always quick to take my order or bring out my order straight into my vehicle! I like that I can usually pick up my clothes the next afternoon after I drop them off! I haven't had to bring back anything to have it done again! I load up my trunk with rugs, bedspreads, drapes, table cloths, and whatever I find to be cleaned and they promptly take everything out and I have those back in about a week! I love the convenience of it all & never get out of my vehicle!

After waiting over a week and a half for my winter jacket to be spot cleaned, I finally got the jacket back and complained. They didn't charge but ruined an expensive helly Hansen jacket. I will never come back

I don't know what they using but one of my best and nicest shirts got messed up after dropping it off to be dry cleaned. I didn't read the comments at the time as they are many other people who've experienced the same. So if you're reading this, please beware

Granddaughter was getting pics on beach of their engagement- her dress was full of wrinkles & I didn’t know how to use an iron on such delicate fabric. Ran over to Courtesy Cleaners & they stopped what they were doing & steamed it right away while I waited. They saved the day !! Great customer service & quality work !!

It is a true shame when a business that you’ve supported for years refuses to make a mistake on their behalf correct. I had a very expensive silk blouse that when I dropped it off was bright pink and when I picked it up it was a pale pink. The owner took about 4 1/2 months to finally get back to me to say that there is nothing we can do about it. Just picked up my blouse from the location and they are not even willing to cover the cost of another shirt or item that is being dry cleaned yet they made me pay for the blouse but they damaged it now has to be thrown out. It’s a true shame that they can’t support the community who has supported them.

0 STARS - WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DRY CLEANERS!
BEWARE - THEY LOST MY $500 DRESS!!!
I dropped the dress off on a Monday to simply be pressed for a pick-up time of 5 PM Wednesday. I needed it for a wedding on that Saturday. I arrived to pick it up and two clearly incompetent employees stumbled around attempting to find it and finally said they would have to have someone call me the following morning. No one called me. I went to the location and was told they had to try to track it down. I informed them that the task of finding my dress needed to be a priority given the fact I had to wear it to an out-of-town wedding that Saturday. They were not very reassuring that they would do their best to figure out what happened. I had to repeatedly follow-up with them throughout the week leading up to Saturday and in the end - they could not find it and could not offer any explanation as to what had happened then proceeded to tell me they had 30 days to attempt to locate it before reimbursing me for the amount of the dress. Furthermore, they have yet to follow-up with me regarding the process for reimbursement. I will be utilizing my own company's onsite legal counsel if necessary. They either have employed thieves for employees or highly incompetent employees. Needless to say, I will NEVER return as a customer and I expect my reimbursement in a timely manner!
