I have been seeing Dr. Congalton for 6 years now and it is always a great experience. Then hygienists are very efficient and friendly and Dr. Congalton is always fun, helpful, believed me about my needing more numbing than the average person, so no pain! The work is always beautifully done and lasts. I highly recommend!

I am recently new patient at Dr. Congalton’s dental practice in Vergennes and I am amazed at their care and kindness to the patients and it means a lot to me as I am a Veteran. I would like to thank Dr. David Congalton, Heidi, Cindy, Amy, Nina and Madison for their kindness, compassion, sense of humor and due diligence in my care, answering questions and just all around detail to making sure I understand everything concerning my dental care and any concerns. I have really found a wonderful dentist, with a kind and caring staff and a great atmosphere to come to for my dental needs. Once again, thank you all so much!!

I can’t discourage you going here enough. I’ve got to this dentists office my entire life with no problems until now. 2 years ago I had to reschedule an appointment because I was pregnant and dealing with complications, I called the office 3 times during hours and nobody answered so I left messages, nobody got back to me. I went in for my appointment a month later that had been prescheduled and I was told they canceled all of my appointments because I “no-showed” and was asked to call back in 8 months to schedule an appointment because they were too booked. I didn’t call back because of postpartum complications, surgery and being a busy mom. Fast forward and I call to schedule an appointment to be seen for a broken molar and get back onto their books for routine appointments and Cindy tells me they won’t schedule me because I “no-showed 3 times and they can’t schedule me after that” I explained I did not no show 3 times and she said “hmm nope I have 3 here sorry we can’t schedule you anymore”. So much for being flexible and understanding when a patient is dealing with real life things. Happy not to do business here again.

Great dentist experience here every time. The hygienists are all so skilled, gentle, knowledgeable and sensitive to my comfort at all times. Dr. Congalton is so nice and also understanding of his patients anxieties and financial restrictions. I was highly anxious about a procedure and their wonderful and kind receptionist made it so much easier for me, working with the doctor to set up some pharmaceutical intervention. She made me feel so much better about being anxious and completely remedied my panic! Thanks to the team, I had a good experience and will be less anxious in the future. I'd highly recommend Dr. Congalton and team!

I was petrified of going to visit Dr Congalton as a new dentist due to past dentists that I have seen that have made the appointments very painful. I can say, I am now comfortable going to get work done thanks to him and his wonderful staff! They all make you so comfortable physically and mentally the whole time you are there and I am so grateful I started going to him.

Great dentist and hygienist, however, they have the rudest receptionist around here. Because of it, the dental insurance took a long time to process even though it was sent to them on the day of the appointment. I had called to make sure they got the insurance information, the receptionist reluctantly answered they had processed it. A couple weeks later, they sent a bill without the insurance. It took about a month to get the whole thing resolved.

Very small and quaint dentist's office. Inside is very clean and neat, and the staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Congalton seems knowledgeable and is very nice. Called and had an appointment within two days. I would definitely recommend this group.

The receptionist here is literally so rude. For no reason. They have no comprehension for things coming up resulting in you not being able to make your dentist appointment and then the closest availability they have is 9 months to a year later. The town is literally a mile by a mile. Chill out 🩷
