Best Custom Home Service assisted us in fully remodeling an investment property. They helped us take down a few walls, sand and refinish the hardwood floors, repaint, and completely renovate two bathrooms and a kitchen, along with replacing windows and more! Jaxon and Seth were fantastic to work with! Their crew arrived on time every day and showed great respect for the property and the neighbors. Once the project was completed, many neighbors stopped by to ask for referrals as well. The team truly transformed the house! They did an outstanding job and treated the project as if it were their own home. I highly recommend them for any remodeling projects you have!

My experience with this home remodeling company has been one of the most pleasant ones in my life as a new homeowner. From the moment I stepped into their office in Canoga Park, the team welcomed me warmly, making me feel like I was part of their family. Their representative, Julian, was punctual and friendly, providing me with a comprehensive tour of their remodeling plans. This was a refreshing change from other companies that are often late, fail to show up, or just casually instruct you to check things out. The whole process of applying for their services was incredibly smooth, all thanks to Brantley who guided me from start to finish. Their maintenance department, run by Thomas, was very helpful. Thomas immediately introduced himself and walked me through the maintenance request process. Getting to meet their head, also added a personal touch to the whole experience. Not many people take out time from their busy schedules to meet their potential clients, which was appreciated. The best part was that my application was approved and I could make my payments online!
