Genuinely a caring company. I had French doors fitted by them and I’m thrilled. As you all know, it’s always great when things go well but we had a little miscommunication, but I did not need to worry as Justin brought out his Team and we reviewed the job and everybody was very happy! To me that shows a good company as they did not have to do this for me. I would most certainly use them again them to my friends and family already.

We are very happy with our new French Doors that are superior to our old sliding glass door in every way. I spent several weeks reviewing a number of contractors to replace my windows. Jared from Approved Contractor, Inc met all my requirements. He provided a fair and reasonable estimate to install 10 Andersen Fibrex windows and a sliding glass door. Jared's installation foreman, Jose, did an excellent job. Jose's crew always arrived on-time and placed protective covering over our flooring and furniture before starting work each day (took 2 days). A third day was needed to replace the stucco that was removed to install the sliding glass door. My wife and I were impressed how well the new stucco matched the existing stucco texture and color of our residence. Much better than what we expected. Kimberlee, the office manager, was great. She and her team always kept us informed as to when things would happen. The team also responded in a very expeditious manner to all questions. I found Approved Contractor to be a professional and well-run organization. I highly recommend them!

Our experience using Approved Contractor, Inc. was very positive through the entire process. Getting the bid and working through that was smooth. Once the project stated it ran as expected with good communication between us and the job manager Marcos. Marcos was very supported and he and his team always put the effort in to make the project as best it could be. They took the time each day to ensure they didn't leave the site a mess and checked for nails in the driveway so no tire damage would take place. In the end the Siding and Painting turned out beautiful and we get tons of compliments from our neighbors and friends and many say it looks like a a whole new house! A testament to a job well done!.
