We've worked with Amy for three years now, and she and her team provide hands down the best value cleaning service in the LA area. Every other cleaning service I've tried is either significantly more expensive (with a ton of hidden fees), or does not provide enough attention to detail.

Amy's team is exceptionally thorough, polite, and fast. Amy herself has great communication and provides that 'local business feel' -- she cares about each client. Amy personally responds to each message to schedule appointments, and at the end of each service, the team does a walkthrough of the home with you to make sure it's to your liking. As we've spent more time working with them, we've passed on additional tasks, such as: laundry, organizing spaces, seasonally deep cleaning certain areas of the home, etc. They have done a great job. I've referred the service to many of my friends who all love it as well! I really appreciate that when we book the team to come, I don't have to worry about anything else; I know they'll come and leave the home spotless. It's truly a blessing and privilege.

We have been using Amy’s housekeeping for years for monthly cleaning our house. They always do an amazing job! They are reliable, efficient, and professional. Additionally they always go the extra mile and do more than we ask them to do. Amy responds to our requests quickly via text even in the evenings. She always tries to figure out solutions when we are in a pinch and need a cleaning on short notice. An example is that we needed a place in Ventura deep cleaned within a day and she gathered a team to go all the way out there (from Chatsworth) and save the day! What a lifesaver. Ever need a fast great cleaning service at a great price? Amy’s Housekeeping services is the one you need. Professional service, the crew is so nice and always wear uniform. They bring all their products. Unless the customers wants a certain product to use. When I asked Amy if her crew can use my products on certain thing she said yes. specifically needed my wood floors done with my own organic wood cleaned and my counter tops with a homemade cleaner. They did not say no. They cleaned it and were amazing. Thank you Amy and crew.

Honestly, best cleaning team I've enlisted! I wish I could give Amy's Housekeeping Services 10 stars! I have so much to say about Amy and her team, but the word grateful is on top of my list. Not only did she honor the quote she gave me, despite the house needing much more time than I originally contracted her for, they really did a thorough job! They made everything sparkle and took off stains that must have been there for many, many years. She responded right away to my call and questions, was cheerful, sent out a large team and was on time! All that meant so much to me at a time I needed it the most.

So, please try Amy's housekeeping service first. You will NOT be sorry. She and her team are conscientious, thorough, reasonably priced, quick to respond and are curteous to a fault. Just wish they worked out here in the Bay area!

I have never been more impressed with a cleaning service in all of my experience! We had a very long weekend of birthday celebrations that crammed 30 people in our mid sized home and the task of cleaning it was insurmountable to us. Lucky for us we found Amy! She’s an absolute delight to talk to and quoted us a very fair price. After such a beautiful clean up job, we decided to keep her services on a bi-weekly basis. Can’t express how happy our family is with Amy’s housekeeping service. You will be too!

I would NOT recommend this company at ALL. I'm hugely pregnant, so we hired Amy's housekeeping services to do a deep clean. A DEEP clean. They charged us $390 for 2 hours. 4 workers showed up, and only one of them spoke English, so the other three didn't understand that we had our own cleaning supplies we wanted them to use. I have been getting horrible headaches in my pregnancy, and the supervisor said they could use our supplies as the ones they had would give me a headache. They didn't use our supplies and I ended up having to leave the house and wait a couple of hours while my partner aired it out. We asked them to focus on the floors, as it's hard for me to scrub the floors given my condition. When they left, there was still dirt along the edges of the walls and parts of the floor I still had to get down and scrub myself. They didn't clean behind the toilets. The mirrors upstairs had streak marks on it. This was a standard, average clean that I would have paid a normal fee for - NOT a DEEP CLEAN fee. Also, they tried to come almost an hour early, despite confirming a start time of 3:30. I had a planned my entire day and moved meetings around to make sure I was free during the window of time they said they would come (3:30 - 5 pm). Because they gave pushback and said they would leave if they weren't allowed to come when they wanted to (I could not leave my conference call as I was leading it), my partner had to leave work to come and let them in and show them around. This was just such an abysmal experience. What sucks is that I was so excited about this freaking deep clean. I love keeping a clean house, and the idea of a deep clean was genuinely exciting for me (I know that's dorky, but I really love cleaning!). Anyways, DO NOT use this service. They have pictures of celebrities and stuff, and that's what convinced my partner to hire them. "They must be good!" he said. What's worse, my partner was communicating with the coordinator who arranged the visit, and nothing was done when he told the coordinator (was it the owner? I'm not sure) that they weren't using our supplies, that I was feeling nauseous and getting a headache from the fumes, that they were too early and wouldn't honor the 3:30 - 5 pm window they'd agreed to, etc. And the coordinator/owner did NOTHING to address the issues. OH, WE ALSO JUST GOT OUR KITCHEN CLEANED a week beforehand, as it was newly rennovated and I scrub that damn kitchen every single day. Yet one of the cleaning ladies spent the ENTIRE two hours in there!! We live in a townhouse, our kitchen is TINY, it's like 8 feet by 12 feet...what was she doing in there for 2 hours?! our fridge was new, our microwave was new...anyways. F- to this company.

I’ve been using Amy’s house keeping service for a while now, and figured it’s time I leave a review because by now most services would have slacked off, but not them!! Still as thorough as the first day, the ladies are extremely professional, they do a great job at cleaning and organizing. it’s especially helpful as I am pregnant and unable to do most chores around the house. Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve used.
