I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham. He did nothing but treat me great. I dont have one single complain about HIM. Now his office staff i have to admit is very very rude. I didnt have trouble with the reveptionists at all. One of the nurses was rude every tine i went for my appointments. My husband even asked me if i knew her because you could tell she hated my gutts. She changed things Dr. Cunningham told me. She never filled my workers comp reports correctly and when i brought it to her attention shed gi off in a huff. One person can sure ruin a good experience with your doctor.

Dr. Cunningham is wonderful. I do not have good things to say regarding the office. The wait is ridiculous and patients were put ahead of us even with our appointment time having passed over 1 1/2 hours of a wait. I don’t know when the general public’s time became so minimal in value when it comes to appointment times with some offices.

My hospitalist asked for them to come in my room at hospital to tell me basically I was too fat to operate on and my problem wasn't an emergency. Even though it was why I almost died and was in hospital for. Dr Grove and 3 other surgeons that came in with her were rude and very condescending. Then I get a bill for the 3 seconds of seeing them for over a thousand dollars. I'd never recommend these people to anyone.

Dr. Cunningham is an EXCELLENT trauma orthopedic surgeon. I will always recommend Dr. Cunningham for his exceptional talent, and had a great experience with him. That being said, the office staff is horribly rude and impossible to work with, and ruin the entire experience.

My doctor is great but I waited TWO HOURS while people who got here AFTER me were sent back, purely for complaining that the wait time was so long. I guess if you complain your time is more valuable than others? I even got here thirty minutes before my scheduled appointment time yet an hour and a half later I’m still sitting in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous.
