Got there today and was very disappointed. The lady that cleans it showed up while I was there. Alicia(?) was quite upset, too. She comes during her lunch break from her other job to clean the laundromat daily. She arrived while I was loading my laundry into a dryer. She was very upset. And, I don’t blame her! I ran a couple errands while my laundry dried and when I returned, she had cleaned it spotless.
My point is that it’s not the facility that allows such a mess. It’s the patrons that don’t appreciate that someone else has to clean up after they leave dryer sheets all over the floor. Before you leave a bad review, think about who may be making the mess that has to be cleaned and the struggles some people have to deal with to make sure there is al clean place to go to do your laundry. Clean up your mess. God bless the ones that have to continually clean up other peoples messes!

December 2023 - Everything in here needs to be updated. Over half the washers & dryers are out of order or have doors missing. The bathroom has no door or toilet. The vending machines are out of order/empty. It's pitiful in here & this is the only place in the county to come do laundry. One machine (when you walk in the door) has poured out everywhere when you walk in. The floor needs to be swept & mopped & keep trash picked up. I will be going there again though 😜 only cause my son is lazy & doesn't wanna do laundry for months 😭🤣 Put all new machines in!! We know you got the money!!

This is the most rundown laundromat I have ever been to. Half of the machines do not work and the dryers give different times for the same amount of money. The staff is rude and it's just plain dirty. The car wash doesn't work. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed. Bet they wouldn't wash there clothes there

Only 4 dryers work and the rest have signs that say 'out of order' on them. That's including half of the washers as well. I've been going there for a year now and it's just getting worse. Nothing gets repaired ever, so everyone that depends on that place (and ready to pay) for clean clothes have to find somewhere else out here to wash clothes. And the pickens are slim.

They never fix anything! The same machines have been out of order for over a year! 18 out of 28 dryers are out of order. For what they charge for washing and drying clothes there is no excuse for these things to be out of order for so long.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would..this place cost me $20 on washing machines that didn't work. Over half of the washers and dryers don't work. The bathroom is just an empty room no toilet. The car wash is also run down. Someone really needs to remodel this place. It's literally trash. Drive the extra ten minutes to Lafayette. It will cost you less. And there is no way to get ahold of the owners to get your money back that their broken washers and dryers take from you. With no signs on them that indicate if they work or not.

I’ve been here many times. It’s our only option in Summerville area, but it’s decently clean. Some of the machines are not functional but there always seems to be enough working to meet the demand so it’s not surprising that some don’t work. Tony is usually here during the day and he’s very kind and takes good care of the place. I’ve left my laundry here while I ran to the store and he was kind enough to adjust my comforters so that they would dry better, saving me time and money. Just thoughtful in general.
